Bonsoir, cher ami...

Just say you are jealous.

I cohabited when I was in the University. Neither me nor the girl had a spillover. Same Faculty, Same level and graduated same time. Infact, having someone around was more like a blessing for me. Though I agree it's a financial strain for your pocket.

I'm currently rounding up my Masters at one of the top Grand-Ecoles in France. So eat that up.

Proud ''Co-habiter'',

You did not tell us if you are married to your ''Co-habitant'' or not.
But if you are not married to her and probably aren't dating anymore, will this Lady proudly tell the world she is happy about the co-habitation?

Be honest with yourself please.

Romance / Re: “I Found Out My He Has Slept With 3 Of My Bridesmaids Few Days To Our Wedding” by xtenxive(m): 8:43am On Dec 04, 2017
Once again we can see another justification for this thing about most women & wealth

She wants to get married and the only positive thing she can quickly tell us is about the Wealth,
She cannot mention any other positive about the guy.
There is definitely a problem with most Women and wealth and if you investigate further, its ladies from poor backgrounds that mostly have this distorted thinking pattern.
This is probably the reason for most failed marriages.

Call-off that wedding and build your life!!!

Poverty is really a hydra-headed phenomenon

Also, I dedicate this FTC to the Flying Spaghetti Monster, the one true God that created everything

The reasons are obvious.
Relating with God is a conscious effort, it doesn't happen naturally. its a decision.
Politics / Re: No Going Back On Ekpeyong, Oke’s Arrest, Says Magu by xtenxive(m): 8:19pm On Nov 22, 2017
I have nothing to say to this Magu but rather Mr. President is the Problem.
How can 2 agencies under him be embarrassing themselves continuously and he is keeping quiet.
From the DSS guarding Maina (a Fugitive) to the DSS forwarding implicating documents to the National assembly so they will not approve Magu's confirmation (knowing fully well the Executive forwarded his name) and the most recent of the DSS guarding Oke & Ekpeyong Ita thereby preventing the EFCC from arresting them.
I think Mr. President is our biggest problem here if he is aware these two agencies (reporting to him) are involved in all these mess and all he is doing is keep quiet. Then there is a Problem.

femidejulius:
They marched against Hosni Mubarak of Egypt and now Egypt is very weak and her economy struggling.

They marched against Muhamma Gaddafi of Libya and now the once thriving nation is a shadow of itself.

They marched against Ibrahim Babangida of Nigeria and then Sanni Abacha, the more wicked one came on board.

Why wait from Wednesday till today. When those military guys failed to convince Mugabe to resign, they are now trying to use protesters. You think Mugabe is bad, wait till you see the next guy emerge. Una go fear fear.

The silly West will be saying Mugabe is a dictator because he refused to bow down to them. Yet, the West are still supporting puppet sit tight rulers around the world. That was how they supported former Egypt president Hosni Mubarak for 33 years in office till few years ago when he became a casualty of the Arab Spring.

Even this Mugabe used to be a good boy when the West were able to control him. After 14 years as president of Zimbabwe, the was Knighted by the Queen of England and all Britons were happy. He wasn't a dictator then despite having spent 14 years as president. Then he did the unthinkable. He took the most fertile land from the whites and gave it to his people (90% of fertile land in Zimbabwe use to be in the hands of the minority whites) and then the celebrated Mugabe became a dictator who must go. Shame on Africans who let the West media manipulate them.

Another Pathetic African Slavery mentality at play again!!!
When will Africans start seeing their predicaments as their own challenges and address them as such without these pathetic outcry about the west.
The west is not insisting on bringing a foreigner to rule Zimbabwe for goodness sake!!!
After 37years, Zimbabwe cannot boast to be better than their counterparts in southern Africa talk less of in Africa as a whole and a full blown individual with a matured sense will think and compose all these up there all in the name of being against the west.
Have you wondered how the USA, Britain, Japan, Singapore, China etc developed themselves................they did not keep running to anyone, it was all done by them.
If Zimbabwe cannot get a Leader within themselves to develop that Country then that's their problem to deal with.
What you wrote up there is just a long epistle of bull shit!
Absolute Cow dung!

Foreign Affairs / Re: Zimbabwe Coup Updates: Robert Mugabe Seen Moving Through Harare by xtenxive(m): 3:36pm On Nov 16, 2017
femidejulius:
The western world will be happy Mugabe is deposed. Mugabe has been a Pan African who cannot be threatened or controlled by the West. In spite of several sanctions, there were no popular uprising against Mugabe.

Mugabe may have several shortcomings but he is an African hero.

I think we should be careful of using the word ''hero'' to describe Mugabe.
Mugabe that knew he lost election in 2008 and refused to allow results to be announced even with international pressure.
Ended up manipulating the laws/conditions for declaring a winner at the election or is it a Mugabe who is conducting election and he is the sole Presidential candidate?
Please Mugabe has destroyed himself by himself. its like calling Abacha a hero in Nigeria! Yes he ruled and Nigerians were quiet not because they were comfortable but because they were constrained at that time.
Except you are a direct beneficiary of his years in Power, may be he can be your hero but to Zimbabweans, Please read and listen the them on this one.
And I hope he was on his way to the bother so his brother Zuma can take care of him well as it seems Zuma is very concerned about him.

cooljude:
It's a coup, sanctioned by western government (it's obvious from their reporting) and it shouldn't be recognised in Africa because it would signal double standard and embolden military personnel to start plotting coup.

Mugabe might be different things to different persons but this action might further lead to the degradation of democracy in Africa. I hope AU takes the right stand on this issue.

Because Africa failed to correct the wrong imposed by Mugabe for 37years, then this kind of outcomes are imminent (its not rocket science)
And the AU should not forget that Cameroon, Chad, Sudan, Uganda, Equatorial Guinea, Rep. of Congo etc all are time bombs waiting to explode but all the AU will do now is watch all these guys manipulate democratic processes to remain in power and when a coup happens, they want to intervene for selfish reasons.
I wonder what they discuss in their AU meetings, they do not seem to tell themselves the truth in those meetings.
What you fail to correct at the right time will come back to hunt you later....................that's the case in Africa

As we write, Idriss Deby, Sassou Nguesso, Paul Biya, Omar Al Bashir, Yoweri Museveni, Nguema Mbasongo etc are all seeing the developments in Zimbabwe but will still hold on to power till such shame and Chaos hit their Countries.

They also need to get the brains of these guys examined after their death, they must have a special thinking pattern that is not human.

Crime / Re: Criminal Arrested, Refuses To Pay - Advice Needed by xtenxive(m): 11:16am On Nov 07, 2017
Locked:
Hello Nairalanders,

I need serious advice on how to recover my money ASAP.

I was defrauded about 1.5 million by a clearing agent and I reported the case to the police, the police collected all together about 100K from me to trace and track down the criminal who was proving smart and trying to be elusive. Eventually he was caught.

He was asked what he did with the money and to provide the money and he started giving stupid excuses that he has used my money to clear someone else's car and sort out some other problems he had. Can you imagine?

He has been in police detention for 2 days and no family member has come except his brother. No one is talking about how to refund my money, all they are doing is begging.

I have been lamenting to the police to handle the case more seriously so that the criminal would provide the money, but they have been so lenient and very lackadaisical in handling this case.

I am confused right now.

Christmas is coming and my family would need that money to survive.

The criminal must have kept the money somewhere, why not provide it

So Nairalanders, please help me with advice. I was so happy when I heard that he has been arrested. He is in police custody now, how do they recover money in cases like this?

The police are saying that they would be charging him to court and I am afraid that he might get bail. And that's it? my money gone?

No way! please advise.

Mods, please front page

Don't completely think he still has the money, that money may most likely have been completely spent.
But you now need to investigate if he has properties/assets that you can lay hands on and since this is a financial crime, you can involve the EFCC.
Through his BVN you can also know if he has money in any Nigerian Bank.
If you go to court and he gets bail, it will definitely be with a surety and other conditions which you can hold on to. the only challenge with the court process is TIME.
Family / Re: I Deny My Husband Sex Because Of STD by xtenxive(m): 9:52am On Nov 05, 2017
Firstly I think your initial action was very excellent:
Not having sex with him anymore &
Treating yourself

A part of the story that is not clear is you sounded much like you never noticed any sign of infidelity until this incident (this is one of the areas that bothers me but i am left to make assumptions on that area and assuming you have been 100% faithful to him). This means you are both not 100% accountable for each other and the strength of your LOVE as a couple is questionable. If he genuinely loves you, he will be fully accountable and cannot freely sleep with someone else without his conscience pricking him (something must have gone wrong somewhere IF he has never always been like this). Its almost certain he has continued with his infidelity more because of your decision which is to protect you (on the flip side, its damaging your marriage further).

But going forward, there are basically 2 options:
staying in that marriage or Divorce (staying under same roof and not having sex with him is definitely not an option, this is just deteriorating the already distressed marriage situation)

You need to look at the +ves and -ves of either leaving or making that marriage work (remember your decision should not be about yourself alone because you have 4 wonderful children together).

Though your thoughts will have a lot if If's which is on probability but some things are almost certain:
Your explanation only picks your husband's infidelity as his fault (he is probably great in other areas)
Every man/woman you see have serious issues which they are struggling with (are you willing to risk meeting another man with a lot of unanswered questions. You lived with your present husband for 5years only to discover this now).
Are you ready to settle as a single Mum for the rest of your life? critically analyze the challenges of a single Mum before choosing this option.

If you decide to make the marriage work, please consider the following:
You need to psychologically be prepared to love him again and erase some mindsets: like you mentioned ''you both own the house and the land was bought in your name'' so he cannot push you out, ''he comes home late & you don't care'').

You have to learn to start seeing him again as your husband & father of your wonderful children.

You must genuinely confirm to yourself that he is remorseful, get him to test & treat himself and you need some serious background checks on his hidden identities (since it took you 5years to know he cheated & if not for this STD, you may never have known which is dangerous for you). if you would be matured enough to handle it, i would have said you should ask him to know who he slept with.
Also, if you are a christian please get closer to God and talk to Him. seek His face and counsel in all you do (times are not easy to live by your own understanding alone).
Please visit a good counselor and do not discuss this with people, even your family.

lol, and you are attributing his lack of achievement as a senator to his dress sense, funny you, so many people dressing cooperate and smart also lack what he lacks, many cooperate dressing men in politics and all are thieves, dressing or the way you dress is playing no role whatsoever in the discharge of their duties since we have countless cooperate dressing men with the same problem.

All these laid down societal (rules on dressing, haircut, eating, etc.) rule has no value whatsoever in defining an individual if we are to look at it objectively, but unfortunately, the world is too subjective in its judgement.

Very surprised you write like this picture is the first and all I know about Dino (so quick to make assumptions & conclude)

It is not one of the old banks. Its one of the bank that took over a popular old bank. We had just a professional staff in the vault that evening.

Meanwhile, it's supposed to be a dual control thing truly. Nobody is saying anything about this. As a matter of fact ,the head of the unit who was also around in the morning in the vault has been surprisingly out of this case. They lied he wasn't around at all on this fateful day.

Although the EFCC arrested him also when they were doing their investigation, but he was released the same way they released us. But he's still working with the bank. They have now moved him to an inter-state branch.

It still baffles me why they lied he wasn't around that day. Am also surprised he's still working with the bank.

I clearly know the bank from this response.
My Advise;
Be careful not to invest so much fighting for this pension because we all know the money does not amount to so much, rather concentrate more on getting something else to earn a living (recall your Mum's advise).
Send the mail to PENCOM as advised and copy your employer (let's see how that option plays out).
What lies ahead of you is greater than all you have gone through so focus more on the future.............Get a job/business to fetch you money!!!

Finestbae1:
Hello Guys, I have a friend who is so fed up of her relationship.

She met this guy at shoprite. He paid for her movie ticket and got lot of gifts for her including an iPhone.
Well, after dropping her off at home, he kept asking her out of which took her 3weeks before she was finally sure of his feelings for her.
Now, they're dating and the relationship is 8 months already. He hasn't proposed and my friend is getting tired and scared he may leave her one day.
This guy is rich and comes from a wealthy home, so we see no excuse why he is not ready for a wedding yet.

He claims he loves her but still yet to propose... My friend has this new guy disturbing and begging her to marry him. Well, she's not getting younger.
Do you think she should quit this current unserious guy

We need your advice, thanks!

My friend said I should attach her pic o...
Attached!
I get really shocked at Ladies asking this kind of question, the answer is there staring at you:
You met a guy in shoprite and he started buying gifts for you (you accepted them all)
He then asked you out and in 3 weeks, you agreed
Then 8 months after you think the next move should be marriage?
If you think you're old and there's no time, what were you thinking all the while you were younger.
Even if he proposes, that Marriage cannot work, its clear you do not understand what Marriage is about.
Go get busy making progress in your life and not wait for a rich guy to suddenly come and turn your life around.
Except if you made mistakes in the timelines for the sequence of events stated, the only thing you can say about a guy you want to "marry" is that he is rich & from a rich home, then he bought you gifts..........................................very PATHETIC
And she's showing her picture, for advert or what......................your friend needs critical examination of her thought pattern & she wants to get married cry kiss

Politics / Re: Ifeanyi Ejiofor Speaks On FG's Move To Revoke Nnamdi Kanu’s Bail by xtenxive(m): 8:20am On Aug 27, 2017
DocHMD:

Mr Ewedu-Abooki hybrid, like Kanu's lawyer rightfully said, the main essence of Bail is to ENSURE THE DEFENDANT DOES NOT RUN AWAY FROM THE COURT not trample on his fundamental right to associate and express himself. Heck, he was not even declared wanted before he came down here from London.

Now a sensible court will ask- Has the bail failed to ensure Kanu is around to face the charges levelled against him? No

Who is running away from the court and using delay tactics? The Fulani-run FG.

Has the Bail achieved it fundamental and primary aim of keeping Kanu within the reach of the court? Yes!

The court will also ask- Is there any need to arrest someone who is ready to come to court 10 times a day if you ask him to? No!

Now you see you pro-abooki illiterates and your presidiot got it all wrong when you thought you were dealing cretins such as you lots in this matter.

IPOB will keep making you lots look like real 'dogs and baboons' as your presidiot described you before you rigged him into power with child voters in the north. grin grin

And that same court will not bother to inquire if he flouted any bail conditions??
Remember those conditions were outlined for a reason.
You also need to learn how to clearly express yourself without insulting people................this depicts maturity

This depends on the location of your property as there are designated physical planning offices for different areas (this is assuming it's not a land under acquisition).
You need to make a copy of the drawings to their office for assessment first & be careful not to fall on wrong hands.
Does this property have a C of O (very critical).
And hope you have your tax documents coz you can't do anything without it.
