I cannot imagine that all you have to respond with is to throw in a party divide, this is why Nigeria has challenges because people don't accept these politicians are wrong on some issues but will rather bring political, ethnic or religious sentiments on very critical issues.
Rather unfortunate that same people are quick to complain when directly affected on another issue.
The ruling class will continue to take the populace for a ride with these kind of thinking, so sad for this country.

its their tradition....let them....they dont like immorality......soooo what.....??

if you cant coup with their laws then dont go to their area.....

And their Governor is building a massive hotel on the Island in Lagos probably with stolen funds.
So this Law approves looting of public funds and I am sure same hotel will sell alcohol when operation starts.
Even if you enter the Government house there, I'm almost sure you will find alcohol there.
These kind of societies are time bombs waiting to explode.

This is part of the reasons I say even the Biafran State will still face the same problems the Igbos are facing in Nigeria.
How can he selflessly address the issues with education in Anambra when his children are abroad enjoying a system that works.
Such Politicians can never be sincere from policy development to implementation.
The real problem with Nigeria is not the ethnic or religious differences that politicians have made Nigerians believe, the real problem is between the elite (who are holding on to power in protecting their personal interests) and the poor (who are continuously being deceived during elections)

It can only happen in Nigeria;
* They accuse you of False Asset Declaration, U summoned the judge.

* EFCC Chairman asked you to explain ur roles in some corruption allegations, you declare him not fit for office.

* They impounded your Range Rover for Fake Duty Documents, U summoned the Customs Boss, declare him non fit for office.

* They challenged you failure to implement Mokwa-Jebba road contract, you castigated, blackmailed and eventually summoned the Works Minister.

* Ur colleague distanced himself from your alleged atrocities, you suspended him.

* Another colleague distanced himself from your anti-people resolutions, you suspended him again

* A Criminal alleged you of been their gang's godfather, you declared the IGP enemy of democracy.

* Now, the President said he can't interfere in Police investigations, you are threatening him with Impeachment...Hmmmmm

It can only happen in Nigeria

That's the consequence of I belong to everybody, And I belong to Nobody!!!.

To add more:
Dino was declared wanted by the Police for criminal activities but refused to honor the invitation, he was seen with Saraki at a burial and as the Police was about rounding up Dino, Dino was whisked away in Saraki's official car in Saraki's presence.
Saraki is one of the enemies of democracy/Nigeria and the best option is to impeach him

And for the first time I feel Buhari is really giving this people a tough time since it took Saraki's police summon before the National assembly can realize the plight of Nigerians.
I may have to rethink my 2019 voting options because we will need this kind of Buhari's check on the National Assembly.
Saraki needs to be impeached, that man will stop at nothing to fight back so he can cover his corrupt activities.

Family / Re: My Wife's Family Has Ruined My Home And My Life by xtenxive(m): 7:11pm On Jun 03, 2018
sisisioge:
Hmmm...so sorry to hear this. Whatever it is can be fixed. You could:

1. Invite your family to meet with your other family to plead with them to let your nuclear family run its affairs without interference. There shouldn't be any tense atmosphere there o, just family A pleading with family B to allow your own family AB be autonomous.

2. You could just wait until you notice another interference from them. Then take a few things and move out. Don't be afraid, your children won't die. Stay out until your wife is ready to listen. Then let her know your stand.

Lobatan! By God's grace, you are the head of your family...your wife the neck grin

The first option does not seem appropriate after 9years as I am sure they know what they are doing and the more people involved, more dimensions and perspectives will begin to hold sway making it more complex to resolve.

If the husband has been living up to expectations in the marriage and playing his role responsibly, he only needs to rise up to the occasion and frankly communicate his stand to his wife (so she communicates this to her people) and if she does not then he should surprise her and move out (if she truly loves him like he claims then he will know by virtue of her subsequent action). At this point, no negotiations can address this, only action can do that.

This man is definitely in sane.

Very smart Man,
He knows the challenge will be tougher now due to speculations on the exit of some key players.
But I doubt if he will be able to repeat or surpass his records at Madrid.
This may be the best feat of his career.
Looking forward to his next move.

Junior Lokosa should have been given a chance in the England game.

Sometimes life throws you lime when you want an orange.

In other football news, European Judo Union Slams Ramos over Salah

They are heading to Russia after the England game and deadline for submission of the 23-man list to FIFA is June 4th.
I think they don't want to take them out of the country and then send them back home alone while the others head to Russia.
This will also save them the cost of their return tickets.

And here goes the politics of interest once again.
Just because the PDP is in need of members, all interested members will be accepted forgetting what led to their disintegration initially and sometime down the line there will be a clash of interest again.
This just shows that the Political elite in Nigeria will never learn and progress which implies that the nation can never make progress as long as these set of individuals still hold on to Political power.

Asides that, I never got that email. if I did get it and did not reply, then my apologies.

let's be sincere to ourselves, I agree when you said that not every dm slider has dating intentions, but that number is in the minority.

you would also agree with me when I say that majority of those who send direct messages are looking to shoot their shot. it is such that if A doesn't reply, then B would.

then again, if you read my diary as you said then you would have known my feelings as regards the north and lagos.

good morning.

I agree with you.

preach the gospel of christ?

Ok, let me reveal this to you today,
I read your diaries & know you are a Lawyer based in the North.
Sometime ago, a colleague based in Lagos told me about an opening for a Lawyer which he needed to refer someone, I tried reaching out to you (of course i wasn't your friend) to ask if you would be interested but you never responded to the mail request.
Though you may not be interested in getting the job in Lagos but definitely not everyone has "dating intentions" when they slide into DMs.
I just had to say this today because of your response.

unfortunately, I don't have a picture.

gurasa is like a flat bread, I have no idea how it is prepared but it is savoury meaning it is made with little sugar. best eaten with suya and vegetables like cabbage, cucumber and onions.

it is a staple food down here and it is quite cheap and very filling.

Thanks, will be on the look out for it on my next trip to the North

Your last option is to use something she appreciates as a bait. whenever she does that then you must let her feel how bad she has made you feel by using something she cherishes as a bait. Then find someone she listens to & probably respect to direct to her. I think her case is extreme.

True...the plan isn't concrete anyways. What I really want won't be deemed acceptable by folks anyways.

The court and trad on a Thursday. Total peeps in attendance 20. Everybody must look chick. Makeup, costume, settings, food, photographs, videos...the whole nine yards. No aunty is allowed to have funny line drawn as eye brow. No uncle is allowed to come looking lost. This is the wedding I'm gonna have documented. This is where the pictures that matter get taken. Everything must look tasteful.

Then on Saturday evening me, the bobo and our friends hit a nice bar. We sing, dance, eat, drink... Enjoy. Dress code will be carefree though I will insist that the girls wear only dresses and maybe flowers in their hair grin...the DJ plays all the songs we like...soft rock, country music, naija groove, jazz, afro juju, everything nice.

Then Sunday we start our life as responsible family... We go to church and bless the union more.

By the time me and the uncle reconcile accounts, we will both agree the money was well spent.

Oluwa melsan, would you like this?

Hmmmmm, this is looking exceptional & interesting on here sha. How long have you been on these thoughts?

Hmmm...I have it all planned o. Something tiny and classy. Let's ask her what she wanna do first. Is she planning to feed 50,100, 200...or 1000? 1m spent on a 50 guest list isn't at par with the 1m spent on 200 guest o.My people no plenty. My friends no plenty. I no wan go church, I'm a half baked designer that could work with a real designer to cut cost, I actually make lovely traditional accessories, I have professional photographer and video maker friend that could take care of the pictures and videos...she makes movies o grin. Let's just say I could get something clasy at a fraction of its real cost grin

BRB...let me go back to work grin grin I shall surely be back! Yippy!

Working with a sizeable crowd is actually very beautiful when you have it all planned out properly. Wondering why you want to avoid church (the church part does not really increase expense in any way) but with all these skills you have mentioned, then you will really cut expenses but that's not to say you will get things for free oh, even your photographer & video guy (its better you make provision for a contingency plan because humans can disappoint you particularly when its being seen as a favor).

How do you confirm an attack was carried out by fulani herds men and how do you identify that of Boko haram.
Since both of them have carried out attacks in this manner.
What is the basis of these identification of who carried out the attacks?

You can see the features of a Country that is NOT serious.

All the the SARS brutality of innocent citizens, looting of public funds by federal, state and local Govt. officials, oppression by senior officers in Govt./Politicians, undeserved fuel scarcity, lack of respect for due process and the constitution of this country by public officials/Politicians etc and not one protest from this body but on hijab matter, they swiftly call for nation wide protest.

This Country is the biggest Joke on this planet.

Only in this Country will sitting Governors associate with an ex-convict (Ibori) publicly and nobody asks questions.
Unfortunately this ex-convict has not officially apologized to his people for his inappropriate actions while in public office.
Is this not to say that these present Governors are also doing same thing in office if they seem not to see anything wrong in what the ex-convict (Ibori) has done.
This is why corruption still thrives but unfortunately Nigerians expect a miracle of a society where everything works.
