Addicted2Women:This post is a proud & confident display of Ignorance...........................so SAD!!! |
Its so disappointing that issues regarding this country is all about corruption. Unfortunately it took FIFA to unfold this under everybody's watch in Abuja................so sad!!!! FIFA should please pick out everyone involved and punish them appropriately. |
Are these people really human? Were they born that way or something happened along the line in their lives which led to this? |
HARDDON:What an assumption on your last line & you unfortunately are reaching conclusions on this assumption. Please be more objective or present convincing facts to back your assumption(s) |
if you are getting tiles of good quality from spain, its between N2,700 & N3,500 (though you can get cheaper ones like chinese tiles or from UAE). Your labour cost is between N300-N400 quantity of cement, tiles & sand is dependent of the area to be tiled. also remember transportation of these materials to site is another cost on its own. Get the area & exact figures will be tied to these costs. |
This is ingenious. raw talent!!! Needs to be refined |
Adisa89:That your wife must be a very funny Lady. ![]() |
Always surprised at the looks of these kidnappers. After collecting millions as ransom over time, they all always still look so poor & miserable. |
All that should be top priority for you now should be skills/knowledge acquisition. Forget about what it will cost you to acquire these skills/knowledge at the moment. Make up your mind on the exact profession/business you want to eventually get involved in and channel all your resources towards acquiring skills required to make you a success in this Profession/business (find out details of what it entails) even if it means sacrificing your stipend. You will later appreciate these extra skills/knowledge as they will set you apart from your contemporaries who also have same BSc. and probably made first class. Also worthy of note is the fact that your city of residence will also determine to a large extent how much of training/learning you will be able to acquire. |
Hannysmilez:@hannysmilez you're indeed beautiful, forget the make-up thing |
Leave that house to help your uncle keep his home in peace as he was living before you came (at least you never mentioned that he complained of his wife before you came). Go and ensure you job hunt twice as hard as you do now, let this experience be your driving force. wishing you the best. |
Our true definition of life is really in the quality of our experience. We must ensure the experience is worth it while still here. RIP |
icon8: Project Management skills and certification. I recently got PRINCE2 certified (Practitioner).Intend to write Prince 2, please will like to contact you for advise on how to go about preparing. I hope you'll be helpful |
I am surprised that people can confidently come here to write things about Jimmy that they're not sure, a complete abuse of social media! If you REALLY want to know him, attend The Fountain of Life Church, ilupeju, he is a Pastor in the Youth Church. There's really no point writing his history here. To the Couple...........Beautiful wedding pics and wish them both a wonderful marriage. |
This Poster has just continuously displayed his ignorance by his posts, proper education would have just helped him present his argument better (that's how valuable education can be for him). He should go and check the list of richest Nigerians and if not satisfied, he should check the list of the world's richest to see where his so called davido, tuface, JayZ, Rihana, Puffy, MJ, Messi, Ronaldo etc will be on those lists. That should answer his question. Make we hear word abeg!!! |
Presently in one, though gradually implementing my exit strategy. Apart from the Legal issues that should be in place. One should also ensure; 1.That you understand where the interest of your partner lies in the business. This should guide your decision making on the business. 2. Let all matters relating to the business be completely official, no sentiments & all partners should be on salary. 3. All partners must have active roles that affects the daily running of the business. Never be the partner with the least knowledge on the daily running of the business. 4. Ensure that you are a signatory to the account. Never let cash skip your table particularly for starters. 5. Always make yourself central to the progress of the business, the day you start being irrelevant in the business is the day you start loosing it. 6. You cannot successfully manage your business with someone you don't know, like and trust. If this is not present, please forget it and run the business alone. |
outrage: My advice.BEST ADVISE!!!!!!!!!!! Though may sound unacceptable to you. |
In the same predicament my brother ooo. Got a very young babe that has a very good upbringing, but inexperienced and another fiery hot one that on one occassion when we were having an evenin stroll two ladies stopped us and told her how beautiful and gorgeous she was. Am looking to settle down wit one, kinda confused actually. So bros its not just you.
So because you perceive her as "hot" and People say she's beautiful makes her fit for marriage. Please forget marriage for now and keep having fun till you know better. |
nekaa: I dnt fink so, personally am shy, quiet n very cautious, buh d pple arund me are way opposite... Dats oil n water mixing if u ask me.The rule still works for you, those people around you (if you have a genuine relationship) are a reflection of the other parts of you in terms of their value systems, thought processes, approach to issues, perceptions to life etc. If you look at each of them critically, there is a meeting point between your personality and theirs. Your being shy, quiet and cautious are as a result of factors that affected your own growing up which is completely different from that of your friends. The issue here is just that most times People have a perception of themselves which have variations when compared to what their character reflects and so when they talk about themselves, they see themselves more as they think instead of as they are. |
Hmmmmmmm! see permutation and combination of extreme options. Here comes NAIRALAND . . . . . . . . .The Land of laughter Poster and Commentators, una don try |
I'm sorry to say this but it is mind surprising to me that a in present day competitive Nigeria, you have about 14yrs experience in all those sectors you highlighted with your H.N.D and you still have to come on nairaland to post this. To be frank with you, it means you've not been doing some things right over the years. I just have to tell you this truth! |
ogugua88: How is Goldie an embarrassment? Because she flirted on BBA? That's her crime? This girl's antics (if I can call it that) is minuscule compared to Obasanjo, GEJ, IBB, Boko Haram, MEND, etc.which fuel price are you refering to as 160? if its PMS, go & verify your info pls. As for Mrs. Prezzo, if what she displayed in that house came out of her 27yrs old brain then she should start claiming to be 15. For someone in the entertainment industry, she's boring; can't dance, too emotional, low IQ, shallow minded etc she just gave the world a wrong impression of artistes in Nigeria. |
The truth has already been said, most single mothers are much more matured! |
Nigerians do not want to see a crying President or hear "investigations are on-going and the culprits will be brought to book". We want to see every one involved in letting this tragedy happen pay dearly for it, very drastic measures. Even if it means shutting down dana air completely for being incompetent or for negligence of duty and also the authorities of FAAN, NCAA and even the aviation Minister(so we can have someone more technically knowledgeable about the aviation industry). If only he can do that then all these tears will be appreciated. Jonathan is crying, Aviation Minister is emotional bla bla bla, who will then fight for Justice to prevail. Please enough of all this crap |
Odunnu: I use a call filter app.Babe, you must be very smart.................quite interesting to know this. |

Ijeoma, I concur with you but Mr. Stillme, I have a problem with your write-up.................too many errors! |
The simplest part of it all is forgiving herself and moving on. The fundamental question is if she'll not repeat this act again, something made her fall for her neighbour and I think as long as she continues to see that neighbour of hers, she's likely going to fall again & again. Concerning her boyfriend, if she tells him then their relationship may hit the rocks but if she never tells him then she will forever be in that relationship with guilt if she TRUELY loves her boyfriend like she's claiming. Life is about making choices, she knows the ups & downs of each action she can take. Let her make her choice and be responsible for the eventual outcome of events. |
@ MaDarkSkin, expecting ur response oh!!! |
Gov. Fashola definitely has a role to play in the sacking of this doctors, there's no way the commissioner for health would not have briefed him before taking this kind of tough decision. It is really baffling that the lagos state government can go to this extreme in "resolving" this issue.Sacking the doctors clearly shows a government that gave an immediate solution to a pressing problem just like the doctors did forgetting that they signed that agreement with the doctors. How thoughtful would it have been if issues surrounding the impact of sacking almost 800 doctors was well thought about. 1. Imagine the increase in unemployment not forgetting the fraction of the population dependent on this sacked doctors. 2. How many competent and experienced doctors are out there jobless that can fill this almost 800 vacant positions and not endanger the lives of patients which the government thinks they want to save. 3. This sensitivity of this issue is another major determinant of the success or failure of this administration and with this negative response on the part of the government, its really a stain on the image of the government (except if Fashola is not thinking of his Political future). 4. How irresponsible can any government be to have signed an agreement and refuse to honour it, which brings to mind who signed the agreement on behalf of the state government and who gave that directive. The Doctors all were thinking like their employer when they decided to down tools. Only God knows what happened to their thought process then when they could not involve the NMA, write a petition against the executive arm to the house of assembly, take their employer to court (even though we know our courts will take a lot of time before giving final verdict. This action taken by the government must have really sent signals to them. Both parties will still end on the dialogue table which they left earlier so why cause so much problems here and there which this whole issue has degenerated into. We need "leaders" to head our Unions and Government |
When I was about thirteen years old, I read a novel by Merrill Joan Gerber entitled, EVEN PRETTY GIRLS CRY AT NIGHT and it gave me a different perspective, for me it just affirmed the saying that the grass always looks greener on the other persons lawn. Pretty girls are mainly thought to be snobs, not because they are any more than the next person, but because sometimes people are so intimidated by their looks, that they never give them a fair say before judging them, which is quite unfair. You know how tall people or skinny people get teased endlessly especially as a growing teen? You get called palm tree, tally, longy, lepa and all sorts and they (my very humble self being a victim) smile and take the taunts, but God help you is you call someone short shorty or a fat person fatty and everyone descends on you for being insensitive! I don’t get it! •I know at parties, sometimes you find the pretty girls without a dance partner, guess why? Most times guys assume they are stuck up and will say no , so they settle for the homely girls while little-miss-pretty sits in a corner acting like she doesn’t care, but inside she almost wishes she could be ordinary so people do not get intimidated, kinda explains why some aint married too. If a pretty girl approaches her 30’s and is unmarried, people assume she is too selective that’s why she is still single, but if miss-not- so –pretty is single, people sympathise and say, Oh, she is such a nice girl, hope she finds someone! Double standards if you ask me. •I will also use a scenario that deals with races, you know how blacks keep acting like they are so hated by the whites, but they themselves treat the white with disdain saying its because their fore fathers were wronged, please get a life! People are individuals and should be treated as such. Sometimes we just wallow in so much self pity, that we fail to see a good thing even when it hits us SMACK! In the face. •And also think about how people who are poor seem to think they have an exclusive right to heaven, Hello! Being poor does not mean you will go to heaven, if you act like a devil, you will be miserable here and in the life after as well, so instead of judging your rich boss or neighbor and assuming he made his money through crooked means, why don’t you live like Christ would want you to and pray that God almighty blesses the works of your hand, rather than self righteously wallowing in poverty! Anyway, my thoughts are based on the fact that sometimes we treat a certain class of people unfairly because in certain aspects of life they seem highly favoured already, could be physically, intellectually, socially, or financially. I think we should accord everyone same treatment, what is referred to as the curtesy of Christ. Before people start saying it doesn’t make sense and all the usual stories, na my blog, and I am entitled to my opinion, if you don’t like it, leave a comment or go create your own blog! Shikena! ps: for all the tall skinny teens who were /are teased as kids, trust me when u grow older and fill out in all the right places everyone starts saying you are hot and look like a super model, trust me, i speak from experience *wink* Good thought, just like I have always imagined........I totally concur |
