That's not true. There are teaching job vacancies in other states. Most times, applicants rush to Lagos State and as a result the Lagos employment market is saturated leading schools to offering ridiculous salaries. Life is more expensive in a place like Lagos. So if a school in Lagos offers you 50k per month, you are not earning more than your colleague who is earning 30k in Ekiti State. Unlike Lagos, you need not know anybody in Ekiti to settle down fast. Accommodation is easily available and affordable. This is just an example. Can you teach upper primary class? If yes, send me a mail: christfieldschool@yahoo.com.

I hate murder or any criminal activity. However, I think this woman just wasted her life. If the man's story is true, it only reveals the folly of the rich. What does it cost to secure the loyalty of the poor? A little kindness to them can save the life of the rich. Lesson for the living: If you employ a driver, cleaner, security guard, nanny etc, treat them well. Do not treat them like trash. They can determine how long you will live. Unfortunately most people do not know. Does it mean they can still not harm you if you take care of them? No. But chances are 10 to 1 that they won't.

Do not limit yourself to Akwa Ibom. Be ready to take up a job wherever the offer is good. Many graduates are jobless because they are not bold enough to try other terrains. Get out of your comfort zone. If there is no job for you in Akwa Ibom, check other states.

I see some job seekers on this thread are concerned about accommodation. We have a vacancy for a housemaster. If you take up the offer, you get free accommodation and free feeding. It's a job that enables you to save almost all of your pay.

Yes,we recruit every time because we keep growing. We are a young school with very high standard and because of that we are rapidly gaining acceptability in Ado Ekiti. We like to maintain very small class size and we hate to overload our teachers. Besides some teachers also leave sometimes due to marriage or further studies. And we are not like other schools who hide their names when Recruiting because we have nothing to be ashamed of.

You can easily secure cheap and decent accommodation in Ekiti State. A decent self contained can be gotten for as low as 36000 p. a (agency fee inclusive). Send me your CV if you are interested.

It is money that they need. EKSU needs to raise it's IGR. Why ask for payment for certificate? Did they not pay school fees when they were students there?
