Where are those people shouting Sane around? To me, that Brant guy is good, if not better than him!

Up Germany

What has Brandt achieved that Sane hasn't twice over?

The real reason Sane was dropped is because of attitude and his pattern is of play is not typical German style. And not because Brandt is better than he is.

He Even had a better season than Ozil and half of that squad.

Please i have a question here!

Can being an 'introvert' by anyway affect ones marital status/life? i mean can it delay a guy or lady from getting married?

Please I need an answer oo.

Your first question, "Can being an 'introvert' by anyway affect ones marital status/life?"

In a way yes. Introversion or extroversion is the fundamental block upon which human personalities is built. It affect how we perceive, process and respond to information/stimuli. So it can affect marital life (don't know about status tho).

Your second question, "i mean can it delay a guy or lady from getting married?"

I don't think so. It makes sense in a way given the introvert lifestyle involves seclusion. We don't easily make friends because social interaction is a physical as well as emotional drain. And we tend to dread those activities that would traditionally put us in the spotlight or meet new people.

Introverts put up high walls around themselves and scrutinize every relationship so much that it's difficult to make friends not to mention of romantic partners. So it would make sense, but overall I don't think it does.

When you meet the right person who understands you, it wouldn't matter. Being an introvert has never stopped anyone from achieving anything in life. If you've met that special someone, don't let it be an excuse.

Hi everyone.
I think am an ambivert.
In certain situations and with certain people, I talk and flow very well. But there are times you see me and you won't believe am the one because I would be so quiet. At times, I really don't have anything to say so I just keep quiet. I have accepted myself this way.
The only problem is there are people I feel am suppose to be free with but even talking with them on phone is difficult. Example is my boss and my boyfriend's mum. Please any tips on how to overcome this?? Thanks.

Hello there,

As an introvert, I can perfectly relate to what you're saying. There are some people I relate with better than others. Even among my colleagues, some will tell you I'm a chatterbox, others will tell you I'm the most quiet and gentle person they've ever met.

Even my mum, there was a time I couldn't relate with her. I said nothing to her other than "yes" or "OK" in response to her. That was because the fear of her replaced the love and respect one should have for a parent.

Although things have changed now, I've come to understand that been comfortable plays a very important role in how we communicate with others.

There are several factors that can lead to this discomfort e.g. fear, lack of compatibility or unifying factor. Do you fear your boss or your boyfriend's mum? Or you're just not on same page with them regarding certain issues?

The best way to bond will be finding common interests. Discuss over topics you're both interested in. Engage in activities that they like and you'll never run out of things to say!

that was one of their most important match because it was to decide their champions league qualification for next season. If Chelsea had beaten Newcastle and Hudersfield, Liverpool would be planning for Europa league

No way was Chelsea going to the champions league except they scored 20goals in Huddersfield and Newcastle match. And you know that's impossible

Not bad , if u ask me . It's a dirty tactics but that Salah won't play world cup I'm not happy . But that's football for u .

If u watch Cr7 well , he plays with caution angry

Players like Mo Salah should be protected from such tackles.

It's players like him that makes the game entertaining to watch. Without such players, no one will buy tickets or pay subscription.

At least now, other club fans can see what barca fans complain for years. Ramos and Pepe always using dirty, underhanded tactics against messi. Only Messi is physically and psychologically stronger than Salah, if not, his career would have been over long ago.

he was being malicious with his unprofessional shielding do you expect Sergio to let him go because he is salah?

only the part where you typed "Sergio held on to his hand until they fell" can be reasoned with, yet Sergio wouldn't have known if the struggle was over yet so he had keep up with the struggle otherwise salah might win the challenge and score.

Football is not a do or die affair. At the end of it all, we're all humans and our actions should be guided as such.

Now tell me if you'll enjoy football if every attacking move is met with a savage, malicious, career ending tackle

What angle is Biased?

Would he have won the ball. He lost the ball before getting to the ground.

Salah was over ambitious forgetting Ramos is an experienced and fit defender.

It's a collision and it's unavoidable. Salah put himself to that forgetting it's the finals

What you talking about?

Salah had the ball at his feet to the last moment before the fall.

Agreed their hands were entangled in the tussle but if you watch carefully you'd see Ramos refused to let go of the hand even though it was obvious they're both going to the ground.

I wonder how Salah who is a victim of a malicious tackle should be blamed for any of this?

My letter to VP Nigeria today on his IG Page.

Good Morning Sir.

I don't know if this is the right post to say this but I will say it since it is about a deep concern for our beloved Nigeria ..

I have been wondering lately why we still don't have constant electricity in Nigeria!!!

Is it that there is no money to achieve this really? I am forced to believe there is no money since no other reason on Earth (whether generator cabals we have been hearing since we were born or what) is justifiable.

I think maybe there is no enough money since the bible highlighted money answers all things (including constant electricity).

If this is about money, is it possible sir for we to consult with experts on HOW MUCH it will cost. From A -Z.

If the govt can #JUSTIFY no such money is available, We will VOLUNTARILY DONATE in a very transparent manner (could be via gofundme or something) as Nigerians to achieve this even if it takes 1 year to get the donations complete.

I believe everyone will be happy ever after. Nobody will blame any Party whether PDP for 16years or APC for how long provided we together achieve this milestone of constant power for the GIANT of AFRICA in 2018 for God's sake!!!

Except this is a spiritual battle then let's include it in our prayer points.. One church alone in Nigeria (MFM not to even add CAC or RCCG) can pray this to happen withing 3months

Last thing.. If we were able to achieve constant Electricity in the past 4years of APC, there would have been no campaign in 2019 atall. It would have been unopposed.

We are tired of hearing we meet 1biilion mega watts and we #IMPROVED it to 10Billion (sorry I don't know the right measurement sef). For all we care, we dont have constant power, we don't have.. Let's see results. Make it CONSTANT.. we are big enough and IMPROVEMENT is just a shadow of reality.

Thanks Sir
Esese Odose

Electricity shortage in Nigeria has nothing to do with money. It's an institutional and attitudinal problem.

You are the first on the thread , and one of the few to grasp the OP's point. I commend you.
Nigerians on this site are really quite dull

There is no point calling anyone dull simply because they do not agree with your point of view.

Even the OP agreed at the end of his post that he might not be 100% right and gave room for disagreement.

With that said, now tell me how can you say there is no business on the internet, then proceed to write this in the body of the article?

"and according to Jeff Bezos (Amazon founder), he said "It's hard to find things that won't sell online." That's just the way it is because almost overnight, the internet has evolved from being a technical wonder to a business must. Coming from the most successful internet entrepreneur, creator of the largest eCommerce store and largest shareholder of the internet economy powerhouse"

Emphasis on the bolded part. The OP is just contradicting himself.

I do not understand the rationale behind collecting money from internet fraudsters or people of that sort.

Is it a form of atonement? Does that teach them any lesson?

Honestly methinks to become a member of the NP you have to be reduced to a certain level of foolishness.

You think they want fraudsters to atone for their crime?

Why kill the cow for beef when you can keep it alive and get milk, cheese and other dairy products on a daily basis?

I know that's not ideally what they're supposed to do but they're smarter than you give you them credit for. Even though it's a negative application of smartness

Which year exactly should he have won?

Nigerias years were 1994 and 1996 deservedly won by Amunike and Kanu.

Weah over-deserved 1995.

Blame Abacha for taking Nigeria out of CAF from 1996 to 1998.

After that Cameroun became indomitable and their players deservedly won most years.

Jayjay deserved AFY in 2004, the year Samuel etoo won his first of many. Nigeria beat Cameroon in quarters of that year's AFCON when they were undone by Okocha's free kick. He was instrumental in our run to the semis.

you have said it all.

Just imagine, here in Nigeria, you won't use light, yet the electricity company will bring a bill to you,you will pay for the light you didn't use,can such a thing happen in a develop country?

I don't know why the NA can't pass a bill, that will state that, any apartment that does not have a prepared meter, must not pay any nonsense power bill

I understand your pain, but i must tell you that it is not possible.

Have you ever wondered why the distribution company (NEPA & PHCN) never metered all their customers even when it was still under the care of the Federal Government?

It's easier for you to judge from the outside but when you are on the inside you'll understand better. Meters costs money, a lot actually, most especially the prepaid meters. Now, what do you do when after going through all the hassles of metering customers, more than 90% begin to bypass the said meters?

The painful truth is that the average Nigerian is very corrupt. You'll be surprised the length people are willing to go in order to beat the system. Like it or not, the distribution companies already know the amount of energy distributed on their feeders. When this energy is consumed, all units must be billed according to NERC regulations.

The prepaid meter customers are assumed to have already paid when they purchased their vouchers, whatever is remaining will be shared to post paid and unmetered customers. Post paid customers already have meters where readings are taken and they are billed according to their tariff. Whatever is left will be diverted to the unmetered customers.

It's an inefficient system but it is what we have to make do with for now given the mess inherited in the system. When customers begin to bypass their meters, the energy consumed is unaccounted for. Also, there are a lot of illegal customers in the system; people who consume electricity with payment because they have no record with the company. Unfortunately, it is the unmetered customers who get the short end of the stick as a result of all these irregularities.

So when next you see someone hanging wire at night or digging and burying wires underground, know that someone, somewhere is going to pay for it including the energy from bypassed meters.
