I've seen areas in Lagos that were very prone to flooding, but ONCE demolitions and construction of drainage was done, the flooding became a thing of the past, e.g check out Gbagada area, around Deeper Life church, after the necessary things were done there, flooding became a thing of the past, even with the undulating topography... Same applies to some estates here in Ayobo
