Anyway im very excited. My girlfriend wants me to come visit in chicago and she wants to sponsor me. We will come back together and then she will return home. She has dated Nigerian before but never been here and she is getting divorced next month. Where do i start? I told somebody im going to buy ticket and take with me to embassy with passport to stamp visa but they said its more involved than that. Ive travelled abroad before but never to US. You understand?

Please i need some helpful tips regarding US visa interview.

I applied in January and my appointment date was Feb 14 ( Val's Day ) come see people as dem wear red clothes and touch of red .. i laugh no be small as red was just flashing all through the streets of the embassy.. back to the matter .

Being my first time i am applying since having my passport, i taught to apply for visit so i can meet up with some of my friends and at least have a visa on my passport.

VO: Good morning, can i have your documents ( Black chubby American Lady)- she just collect my passport and drop it on the blue paper after the greeting i just knew in my head this is not good at all ..

me : i am the one ( i knew she saw my monthly income which was below 200k)

Mehn i was weak like seriously what did i do wrong and how can i make it right for the next time..

Fortunately i went back to work one month down the line i got a letter that i have being selected as part of the team going to washington DC for a Global executive training .

Now i need to reapply which i have done so today and i got my appointment date for June 5 ..

Please ladies and gentlemen i need to right the wrong this time since i am going for a different thing this time around..

What do i need tor take note off during this process , i have 2 months & 14days ..

Good evening house, I will like to say a big thank you to everyone here, I read a lot and learned while I prepared for my interview. I did my interview on the 16th of march and picked up my passport today. My interview time was 8am but arrived 5:40am.counter21, white lady was the VO, she was first attending to emergency cases, nursing and pregnant women and families. Where I queued I could hear responses and see blue paper flying out of that counter and I prayed, I shouldn't be pushed to the counter, immediately I was stationed to another counter, a security guard from nowhere called 4 of us and told us to follow him and we landed at counter 21. I started praying (my case is different)the lady before me was denied , fast forward to my turn.
VO: Good morning
Me: Good Morning
VO :passport please
I handed it over
VO: where are you visiting in the US?
Me: Ohio
VO: for what purpose and how long
Me: visit my sister and her family for 2weeks.
VO: signs and her eyes lighted up

And My Uncle would be sponsoring My Trip
Proposed date of Arrival is 20th November, And My birthday is 22nd November
How would The VO see it if I should chip In My Birthday stuff as the reason My Uncle is sponsoring the trip as he was supposed to celebrate it with Me this year but He can't leave US due to tight schedule.
How una see am n.a.?
NB: MY trip is primarily for Holiday And Tourism

I was turned back. I didnt upload my passport on DS160. I cudnt actually but i was told that i could bring a hardcopy to d venue on the site. So misleading. Now i have to reschedule. So sad

She said that she was hearing that 9k for the first time. That she did a one off payment birth at the doctors offices and the hospitals and got her receipts and zero balance letters. Of cos hospital kmew she was imternational as she was a self pay patient. Pls paste the medical thread here. Thanks

Pls how do you handle a case of someone that gave birth twice in the US, paid all her bills and collected zero balance letter. Subsequently applied for renewal via drop box and was invited for interview.
The interview asked for all the receipts , she gave all itemised and zero balance letters, he jist flipped through and tlsaid to her you were given discount of over 9k. She responsed that she was self pay ans the hospitals usually give discount to self pay international patients.
The vo looked at the birth certificate and told her you said you are resident there that is why the birth certificate has a u.s address on it. She said no, not at all that she said she is international and even gave the hospital her passport. That the address on the birth certificate and even receipts were for correspondence since they asked for a local address incase they want to post things, that they dont post internationally. He went ahead to deny her. She calles the hospitals and they said she is not owing them as stated in her zero balance letter.
Pls whp can she talk to?

Before u visit any of the VO take one bottle of monkey tail and drag one wrap of cannibis, U are good to go but make sure you brush after that, smoking is 5 and 6 with the whites. So ginger your morale and it would conquer your fear. Shalom
