they don't believe anybody will come back except u have a successful U.K travel history. Sorry tho!

A woman got 212(a)(6)(C)(1) for saying she has traveled to the U.K without leaving Nigeria. she said the oyinbo told her that she will be contacted by mail if a waiver is granted on her behalf. Chaiiii Agents eeeeeeeh dem don put people for trouble. Funny enough this agents doesn't have a U.S visa. Agents Wey never go Ghana. Na to dey watch oyinbo film remain

VO : was just typing and staring at his system for like 20/30 seconds next thing was to return our passport with their yeye blue paper and said ya not qualified for visa now

My wife was almost crying cuz we both responded well to all the questions asked but i strongly believe its bcuz we have no travel experience though this is my fourth appearance but 1st as a family.

Thinking of going to Dubai for a week and later reapply by August cuz our intention is to deliver our second child in America.

What do you think house. Your advises most welcome

This timeline from time of death to the time you want to pay last respect is somehow. You didn't mention that you have any conversation with your dad. You may need to prove that you had a good relationship with your dad before he died.

This your reason of traveling is very weak from all you've just said. I believe there's more to this story.......

Hello,
Please there's a name rearrangement mistake on my US visit visa appointment form.
My name on the form appears to have my first and second name as my surname and I just realised I can't edit the page as I've saved and scheduled an appointment already.
All other info on the DS-160 form is correct as on my passport and payment receipt.
My question is I hope I won't have any issue on the day of interview as the name rearrangement is only on the appointment schedule form.
Please kindly help if you've had similar issue and what did you do to resolve.

best is to contact the Embassy for correction, so that u don't get turned back on that day. call or Mail them

His wife filed for him, so he went as an immigrant. He said his visa expired the day he landed in us he has a baby with his wife. I have been to UAE last year with my wife. And we have two kids now

family ties is okay for me tho! Most questions will be directed to you, be prepared to convince. All the best.

Gurus, please I am still reading thru this section. I am 32, married, working. My elder brother is a green card holder. He will be having his graduation , may 11. And he invited dad and I. (mum has a valid US visa but she is indisposed and won't be making it. So she wasn't invited)

When I applied, I applied with dad cos we were invited together until I saw this. Are we supposed to have applied differently.? My dad is in his late 60's. Our appointment is for april

your brother switched from F to LPR or he entered on B? Because it might fall under family ties, your father is going with you and u have a LPR brother over there. The VO will definitely ask about children. Moreover any travel experience?. I don't know how strong graduation is as purpose, concrete purpose overcome travel history. Your dad should be fine since Mum never misused her own.
