Amaechi is one of the most influential south south or Igbo politician today, he was the most influential governor in the last dispensation and he is one of the closest person to the president. Instead of Igbos and south south Igbos generally to leverage on this influence, they are desperate to destroy the most influential politician of Igbo extraction, just because he was instrumental to the defeat of their hero at the polls.
