But please let him make Education his no 1 priority oooo....just saying
Incase if you don't know, know it from today. INEC rely on majority of valid votes cast. That 25% has no any use in Nigeria of today it's just there but has no any use because of that majority of votes cast that is there. Except the constitution is amended and majority of votes cast is deleted. Anytime you want to contest any political office make sure you have the majority of valid votes cast

Congratulations to ododo of APC as governor elect of kogi state. Keep fooling yourself and your other illiterate kids waiting for 25%
IamANigerianMan:
Ododo needs 25% in 14 local government, so the six local government announced in Igala land , he has not gotten 25% . The local government are idah, dekina , olomaboro, ofu,Omala, Ankpa the remaining two Ibaji and igalamela , he cannot 4%. INEC you shot yourself

Politics › Re: Why ODODO Can Not Be Decleared Winner by yarimo(m): 10:42pm On Nov 12, 2023
AndroBlaze:
He is correct.
The Constitution says majority of valid votes AND 25% in at least 2/3 of the state.

You must fulfil both conditions, if not, a rerun for the 2 people that came closest to meeting this.
congratulations to ododo of APC as governor elect of kogi state. Keep waiting for 25% grin grin grin grin grin
Politics › Re: Why ODODO Can Not Be Decleared Winner by yarimo(m): 10:41pm On Nov 12, 2023

Yes. All the conditions must be met . If not, there must be a re-run or it is declared inconclusive as it was done to Prince Audu 4 years ago.

Politics › Re: Why ODODO Can Not Be Decleared Winner by yarimo(m): 9:25pm On Nov 12, 2023
AndroBlaze:

Yarimo, getting 359 more votes than someone those not negate the 25% spread rule. Tinubu is president in this country currently because he was popular all over the country, while Obi is not because he felt he only needed Christians, and apparently we Christians are all suppose to think like sheep!!

The 2/3 25% rule, ensures spread, even though from what I can see in Kogi, it seems the Igalas can hold anyone hostage, which looks counter productive.
You are not communicating, TAMBUWAL was declared winner with simple majority of valid votes cast nothing like 25%

Go to court and stop creating senseless thread all over the place mteeeew
Sunmolar:
Question: The hardship governor yahaya made the civil servants in the state went through will not allow anyone vote for his candidate.

If enough evidence of massive rigging in Kogi central is brought to the fore.....the case will be long in court. So yahaya Bello and his cohorts shouldn't celebrate heads over heel yet.

It has already been explained to you that what you are saying is not true. If you insist on going down this path you are no better than those silly Obidients that did not let us rest in 2023, trying to change the rules after losing woefully.

Ododo needs to get 25% in at least 14 LGs or we have a rerun. Simple.
in 2019 former sokoto state governor aminu TAMBUWAL defeat his rival the APC candidate with 359 votes only nothing like 25% . You can also fool yourself too

Politics › Re: Imo Elections: Why Were All The Collation Officers From SW? by yarimo(m): 8:24pm On Nov 12, 2023
OmoFiditi:
I noticed a trend in the Imo election. The State collation officer Prof. Fasina and all the LG collation officers are ALL Yoruba and all came from a Southwest state (Ekiti) controlled by the APC.

If all State and LG collation officers for the upcoming elections in Ondo state come from Micheal Okpara University in Abia state (controlled by Labour party) in Igboland, would we yorubas be comfortable with it?

#HardTruth

Another 'coincidence'- Governor of Ekiti was the first to congratulate Uzodinma.
