Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (RA): That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"Whatever a lot of it intoxicates, a little of it is unlawful."

(Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1865, Book 26, Hadith 5)

Stay away from intoxicants and protect your soul and health.

Today’s Beautiful Hadith is about Strength
`Abd Allah (b. Mas`ud) (RA) reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:

'Whom do you consider a wrestler among you? The people replied: (the man) whom the men cannot defeat in wrestling. He said: No, it is he who controls himself when he is angry.'

(Sunan Abi Dawud 4779, Book 43, Hadith 7)

True strength is being able to control the self and not always in physical prowess. If you are in control of your emotions, you observe self-restraint and can maintain calm even when losing your temper, then you are stronger than a wrestler! Work on patience and perfecting your character.

Some death can't just rest in peace. May God give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
