No it is to stick to you dumb cry baby so you can cry more. Your matter will only kill you and your country travellers who are worked up over nothing and crying 24/7. dubemnaija: |
Don't get it mixed up. This is politics and there's no permanent enemies and buhari was the better choice between the two. Of course no one is perfect, and buhari has his shortcomings especially with the herdsmen issue. But if the election is to hold again, it's still going to be buhari. You supporting Gej after marginalizing the SW and the biggest corruption known to man says a lot about your character as a person. I have used this past election as a standard to measure integrity in the lives of family's, workers, agents, domestic staff, friends and acquaintances. There's no way you can convince me that you are a honest and trustworthy person and still voted for Gej. This is how serious the election to me. Firefire: |
Buhari hasn't even gone far enough. He needs to remove the CBN guy and replace with Yoruba, and let's see if the sky will fall. Buhari needs to call their bluff each time, this the only way to shut them up. Look at it this way, when he gave them all the appointments they don't deserve, they still insult him daily. It won't matter what he does for them, they will wish him evil. I've learnt to never like my enemies or trust them with what's important. Buhari leaving CBN in their hands is problematic. Even for ambassadors, he should post them to Niger, Chad and Central Africa republic, while Yoruba get U.S, Britain, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden ![]() DaBullIT: |
On Eku and Egun? Abeg they sound the same ![]() I've not even asked anyone yet but you might be right cos no one is picking call I guess. Anyway, you are getting closer to the point of striking your name off the KNOWN UNKNOWN to UNKNOWN KNOWN apology to Donald Rumsfeld Firefire: |
Something is wrong with you that you should take care of first. What exactly did I say that you still can't bring out but dancing around the issue. You can choose to lick buhari's ass or any other but at least those licking his ass know why, unlike you that claim to be Yoruba and only love when Yoruba are holding short end of the stick and being screwed over. You are weak and just want to support popular opinion here and that's what your problem is, that's why you couldn't quote my post and responded to the air and still going around nonsense. You are unpatriotic and dumb, patriots separate issues and give credit where it's due not one dimensional view you wailers have. When you do everything against your land interest, you are definitely under a curse. In a country like Nigeria, you don't ever put another tribe before yours. When you think about patriotic Yoruba, you think of me. My tribe comes first in whatever I do. Omo eni o nse di bebere ka f'ileke s'idi omo elomi. Legitimate sons and daughters of Yorubaland will never cosy up to their enemies, unless you are afraid of the mobs. Davvymavvy: |
Tell me exactly what buhari is doing and why 'south' and not SW? STONEGEORGE15: |
What you first said was "o ti di amumora fun eku'. Why does the clothe need to endure? What disaster has Tinubu put you through? Igi buruku yin l'oma yo ra e nna. Tinubu has moved Yoruba from where they had no representation in the govt to where Yoruba can have inputs in the affairs of the nation, which doesn't sit well with you, you prefer Yoruba to be relegated to the far back. You must really be a Yoruba. Firefire: |
STONEGEORGE15, I saw your mail but can't open any mail at the moment. Can we discuss it here? |
You are a raving lunatic! What did I say and what are you saying. Buhari is taking a toll on you wailers, you can't survive another year like this for sure.I said that buhari need to do more for the Yoruba over an hour ago, only for you with your upside down opinion saying the same thing after attacking me. You should log out of nairaland and either go take your medication or see your shrink. Davvymavvy: |
You just don't know it, it's "egun" and I'm not even into proverbs. Look at how you are even saying it boldly, we will soon find out. Yes you are trying to be due to reasons known to you alone, inferiority could be one. Anyone who can think here knows you to be one of those class B wannabes Yoruba. Firefire: |
What a fool! You need to choke on your straight-out-sockaway opinion. Why don't you this triple idiott quote the very post I support Buhari with rather that running unclad into the market with talking point you overhead from people that has nothing to do with my stance. Emotional wreck of Arandomo like you will continue to implode until you get your head checked. Davvymavvy: |
So much for trying to be Yoruba! "Iso inu egun o ti di amumonra" is how it is said, not the mumbo jumbo you wrote. Firefire: |
I think Buhari can do more for the SW though it's too early to say we are marginalised especially coming from the previous administration that felt Yoruba didn't exist, we have really come up. And like I said, Buhari needs to do more for us and he can. |
Sisi kekere kini wahala to ko ra e si? Kini south ni se pelu agitation? When did the south meet to talk about agitation? Though I know ogbere ijebu, but I don't care about where you come from and didn't ask. STONEGEORGE15: |
You are in your region and crying over what happened in Lagos? You really love others so much. You are probably one of those in ijebu ode as gatemen only to tell your people you are in banana island. First get your 60% of your total population out of my region and we can talk about a handful of Yoruba who are in your region. madenigga: |
Maybe if you can be smart enough to post what you saw, not sleep-walk into a thread. EdibleCatering: |
You this lunatic, if Ambode has removed your hawking trays from your head, what's my business with that? Maybe you should return to your region or na by force to live in Lagos? See how you are blowing up in wrong places, what has this thread got to do with the hawking law enforcement? I get it, you can't live in an organized society, it's always chaos with you. If the ban doesn't affect you then shut up, we all know the length you are willing to go in your made-for-fraud lifestyle by mentioning Yoruba names when asked, heck you boast of being able to speak Yoruba, it's not as if your hawking sisters carry ID cards around. Anyone who has been in Nigeria for a week knows who is boss, Yoruba are the real thing, you are just propaganda, fraud and lies, and when you have to keep saying and convincing people about something, it's because it's nonexistent. Hawkers are banned, get over it! madenigga: |
You? Who are you? You said something about 'south agitating' and I asked you to speak for yourself, so how's that having problem with you? When you could have just mentioned your region. STONEGEORGE15: |
Where were you during Gej? I didn't see your protest then, it's very hypocritical of you. The people complaining are the usual wailers who didn't support Buhari in the the first place and will cry till he's out of the office no matter what he does. The few Yoruba speaking against Buhari here are weak and just playing to the gallery and are afraid of ibo mobs attacking them. Ask yourself this, if Yoruba had it worse under Gej and didn't cry, so why would they wail on behalf of the ibos now? TonyeBarcanista: |
Which south? Abeg speak for yourselves alone! There's no south. STONEGEORGE15: |
O se jare! babyfaceafrica: |
O se! babyfaceafrica: |
I'm with Buhari, and one more stop to the "northernization" is the CBN. The man there right now should be removed and put either north or SW. No important position should be in the hands of unstable insecure and hateful people who will use the office to avenge imaginary betrayal and get to their perceive enemies. |
ycat: |
Those aren't Yoruba banks. The banks the ibo man is after are Yoruba banks that's why Skye is being mowed. I really hope he's removed and replaced by a northern (who will at least be fair to Yoruba) soon by buhari and the bank reinstated. This is the reality of bitter tribal politics we are up against but for some reason, Yoruba will be mute till the water reaches their nose. I trust Yoruba to either sleep through it all or play dead. They will never speak up where they should, only God knows why a people can be so feckless. I hope we realize it before it's too late that ibos can NEVER be fair to Yoruba in this world, all the hate on nairaland and even on Google are no accident, so we need to to stop supporting them in anything. Eni to ri ese were ti o bu s'ogun, ologbon wo l'oma gbe ti e sile? Yoruba need to call him out on why he as an ibo man is not taking over worst ibo banks, but Yoruba's, but may God give them the spine to speak out. gbishman: |
Like the Pope, Onirisa is the custodian of Yoruba religion and has to travel. |
The $200m given during Gej was shared without a dime going to Yoruba actors. I really believe Gej and his cronies hated Yoruba. Northern presidency has always favored Yoruba while the so-called south has been the opposite. May thunder slice the mouth of anyone that will say 'south should unite' again. This money should be given to the Yoruba actors, they were really marginalised under the dolt gej. Buhari, you owe Yoruba actors one for standing with you, Let the wailers accuse you of showing favoritism, just do it, they will cry and stop. Gej did it for people he saw as his own though we all voted for him and sky didn't fall. If this is for general nollywood, you should still do something in addition for the Yoruba side, you owe them that much. |
Where did this thing just crawl out of? Every goat now has a say, goodness! Billyonaire: |
@Op, we Yoruba have moved away from the vision of our ancestors and just floating. Headscarves or any other religious wears should only be worn in religious schools. There are Christian/Muslims schools all over now. We need to have a debate on it, one free of outside influence like that of CAN and Arabs, but as Yoruba. There are more pressing issues Yoruba need to take care of, like teaching Yoruba in all schools in Yorubaland and Yoruba as the primary language in house of Reps. We haven't moved Yorubaland past where it was left during the time of Awolowo. N.b. Below is an excerpt from a handle 'Empiree' in a thread created by Seun about Islam. This is something that will NEVER happen in Yorubaland, there will always be separation of religion and state to avoid chaos as they have in other regions, besides Yoruba are equally split between 3 religion so it will never work. "The thing is, in Islam, there is no separation of Church(Mosque) and State. Therefore, if a Muslim openly renounces Islam and then saying unspeakable things against Islam which may prevent or lead people astray or speak against the state, this is considered treason. It is only then govt will act NOT individual. When such a person in punished in our modern time, non-Muslims do not look at it as treason but as religious repression. They failed proper investigation". This extremism has no place in Yorubaland. God bless my people, from Kogi to Ondo to Lagos and every part in between. |
These talkatives again! When you spend your lives talking, when are you going to act? Enough of these useless talks, get off your cans and actually do something! |
The stupidd old men slept through the conference, reason they heard different things from what really happened. I've said it many times that there's nothing in it for Yoruba. This brings us to the question, why is this group working against Yoruba interests? What do they stand to gain when they should have learnt from past mistakes. They are indeed AFENIFEBI! REGIONALISM is still the answer! |
Way to go SK! I don't have to pluck my eyes for you to be friends with you. Say NO politely and still be good neighbors, nothing should be taken forcefully by the government from a tribe to another. This grazing bill move must be resisted everywhere. |
