For example, the Epin is made here in the USA and sold to Mexico, but for some reasons it's cheaper over there than where it is made. That's pharmaceutical thing to figure out.

American health systems works, no one is dying here for lack of treatment or money to pay for it. No one is crossing the border for medical treatment from the US.

First,Hillary didn't win the popular vote, she rigged it. Second, the electoral college is constitutional and was put in place for checks and balances and can't be rigged like popular votes. It also ensures full participations of small towns Americans and make their voices heard and votes count.
