U don't need an English Proficiency Exception Letter, as far as u are a NIGERIAN

Am sure the school u applied & gained admission to didn't ask for IELTS from u, and even if they asked (as a general requirement) it was waived for u cos u come from an English Speaking Country, so why should that be the only thing holding u back from applying for a Study Visa, besides its not a requirement for a Canada Study Visa Application
