I am a University graduate of civil engineering. I was working with Amec Nigeria limited until they relocated back to Aberdeen, Scotland. Though I worked as a junior engineer. I worked as a site engineer/supervisor. I have visited so many building sites to know whether I will be engaged but to no avail since they already have enough engineers to work with.
Apart from engineering aspects, I can manage any type of job that can put food on the table for me and my family. Moreover, I can teach physics, mathematics or additional mathematics which I did for more than two years before the Amec job came up.
Please help me for my blood pressure has started increasing geometrically because of my recent terrible situation.

You must have at least savings that can fund your current lifestyle at least 3 months if you lost your job. With such provisions in place, you will not panic and fear will not conquer you.

You will be surprised that on a normal day, you will be able to scale through these interviews you now fail. This is because fear is now tormenting you, you are now desperate and it shows on you. It make you to perform below your normal capacity because you are being too careful and thereby damping your creativity and self-confidence.

Way to go: Tell yourself that this is just a phase which shall surely pass too like every other phases you have passed through before now. Also, you need to go out and get something doing no matter how small. Forget about your standard thing for now because all you need at the moment is getting creatively engaged and building your self-confidence in the process.

When you are back on your feet, remember to cultivate the habit of saving for the rainy day!

People need to stop whining and wailing and find solutions to counter inflation. Nigeria's inflation rate is still far better than Turkey, Argentina, Venezuela, Zimbabwe etc. And some of those countries have more oil reserves than Nigeria.
If by now you haven't figured out how to convert your money to a stable coin or bitcoin, then you must really like seeing your money depreciate everyday. Things will get worse before it gets better, but I will never give up on this country.
