I opened dispute for my order in transit which was shipped since june by aliexpress standard shipping.

However aliexpress return the dispute as Invalid.
I appeal the dispute by contacting the aliexpress CC and the appeal was not accepted as seen in screenshot.
Is there a way i can get the shipping company's missing parcel documents?

It's fine if i loss this dispute because it is just $10.

I have another parcel worth $85 shipped by Aliexpress standard shipping which is still in transit the seller haven't been replying my messages when i asked for the BPT to be extended.
Is there a way i can win this dispute? Please help guys because $85 is a whole lot of money

Try to get an evidence from nipost showing that the package has not arrived Nigeria.

Or you discuss with the seller.

Have mailed Nipost waiting for a response from them so I can upload it to AliExpress dispute team

Bro is registered, I uploaded screenshots of tracking and everything and it ended with departed from country of origin
and Nipost said it's still on transit.

I strongly believe that Nipost abi Impc steal people's items, they stole my two iphone 7 plus during lockdown and when I involved the postmaster it seemed like it will be resolved but all of a sudden they stopped replying my mails entirely.
