They also need to rejig their system - are they playing counter-attack (which they don't have the personnel for IMO, only Dembele and to a lesser extent Coutinho fit this system) or possession football (a Marco Verratti or Jorginho or Kroos at the base of that midfield is what is missing IMO, someone who can take risks with long balls and through balls)? They should choose one!
