As stated above;

1 = Home Team
X = Draw
2 = Away Team.

Let's take number 7 result as example, it simply means that, Manchester United FC will win the First Half (Half Time) while Chelsea FC will win the Full Time (Second Half). The total number of goals score by each time will determine who wins the game. It could be home team win, away team win or draw.
