achmed1: @Everybody, how relevant is sap-hr module ,in nigerian hr market. i wish to know cause i want to arm my self with all necesary tools b4 entering the hr enviroment. Sap has gone a long way in HR, Audit, Account etc. I think in all buz circle. However, when taking Sap u need to consider your background to know which of the modules is suitable for you. achmed1: And if is of any relevance in nigerian hr practice, is it advisable 2 get trained in it,given that i have virtually no work or job experience. pls i need a reply cos i keep seeing sap every where on this site, want to know about it b4 i dable into it. Morever this thread has been dormant for over a month, i keep checkin in on dis thread first thing whenever i connect, an no updates , been gainin a lot from discussions so far. Sap is highly relevant in HR practice in Nigeria. Most of the companies would prefer to adopt but for value. I am aware that some good companies like mobil, Nig Brewries, Guiness, Total, Mobil etc are on it. Not having experience in HR will not impinge on your chances of getting employed in any way. This is a professionals exams and i am telling you can easily get a job in an IT firm where services like this are deployed. So don't be afraid to take the exams cos you will never regret. Howevr, Sap exams are not easy, not trying to scare you though. You must be focused. I agree with you that the forum has not been active overtime. For me, I have been extremely busy these days but i expect that other people should keep it alive. I think we can all make it alive again by sharing relevant issues here. All the the best in pursuit of your career. |

wales: Although, i support young and educated people to become the President of Nigeria. But i dont want corrupt people like Bola Tinubu who governed Lagos State for 8 years without notting to show to decieve our respected Nuhu Ribadu to join the Presidential race. It is going to be a waste of time. Ribadu please dont let them decieve you Your point is baseless. Do you know Lagos @ all? Most of you guys stay here and read stories against Tinubu. The transformation of Lagos started from Tinubu and thats what Fashola is following. So whats ur point? |

Beaf: If someone makes a ridiculous claim that a governor is "untouchable" by the President, I'll call it just what it is and in no uncertain terms. Why don't you have the President choose a governor for you too, instead of voting? If your governor is failing, the mechanism to eject him lies in your state. It is brain lazy Nigerians that look elsewhere for solutions to local problems. Soon you guy's will begin referring women that can't concieve to the President. . . Utterly laughable lot! Beaf, do you leave in Naija? I guess no. What do you want the people of Oyo do when the Gov has bought over all the legislators. Definitely they wont see anythin bad in him. However, in Ogun State where legislators stood their grounds the contesting president then picked Akindani to lead his campaign team for the whole south. If you walk on the streets of Abeokuta, Ijebu-ode and environs, nobody says anything positive about this guy. As a President, one expects that since you have called both parties to round table for 3 consecutive days, that has become a failed state. |

State of emergencies in both Ogun and Oyo is urgently required but I trust these PDP people they rather allow pple die than declaring state of emergency. |

Why the venom on Ken Nnamanni. Is he not free to support any candidate of his choice? This mentality of Nigerians of any body who doesnot support their prefered candidate is EVIL is really dangerous to our democratic experiment and ought to STOP!!! You can imagine Femi Falana standing beside IBB and campaining for him. People like you will never see anything wrong. Ken was the only Senate President who stood firm during his term and he fought the dictatorship in OBJ. One will be wondering if he will be romancing IBB now. |
