Hire engineer mainly for supervision and buy materials yourself with cctv installed on site. Don't ever send money to an engineer.

You get time o, I just dey read all comments and laughed. I agreed some family members are not being fair to their people in diaspora by their unnecessary endless demands and mismanagement of project money sent to them but these people too have their own shortcomings.

Some will want to build house that worth 50 millions with a budget of 20 millions, and in the process accusing those handle them of mismanagement when they keep complaining to them about incessant change in cost of building materials in the market. I don't blame any engineer that charge double of the cost, it is not easy to supervise a site and handle everything. Unforseen expenses are much more that those who are not on ground will never understand or believe. Let all Nigerians in diaspora start using qualified engineers in Nigeria to handle their projects and stop using family members. It is as simple as that.

As for gifting, as long as you are born into African families, you are bound to take some responsibilities from your relatives. Nigerians living in Nigeria are not exception, we all assit our love ones within our capacity. Out of our inadequacy and economic hardship, we still gift family, friends, random people and beggers on the streets. It is Africans things, I wonder how some people are complaining about it. You are very wrong, selling in credit is dangerous only if you are selling to struggling individual businesses. Virtually all pharmacies, supermarkets, eateries, hotels, motto dealers, companies distributors, and many big businesses are buying and selling on credit. He was just lucky to be in an era that states are receiving magnificent allocation from federation accounts. Civil servants are major determinant of Osun election since the state was created. Besides, he only won by just 60k votes, which i think is very far from being called a land slide victory compare to other states governorship elections. That says, even without his support in the general election, APC can still win the state judging by their performance in this election. I am very sure Tinubu only concern about other oppositions getting a requires 25% votes in the state, which the governor can easily deliver if not aligned with and not about giving him victory there because he can easily have it if he deploy enough machineries.

I am not a politician or being control by emotion, this is reality that many novice don't understand.

1. State recruit more service men base on its needs.

2. The service men would be employed from the same state, hence giving them full understand of terrain in which these bandits operate.

3. There would be a high sense of responsibility in carry out their duty since majority of them would be employed from the same community.

Sad. Depression is real. we don't really pay much attention to mental health and anxiety issues in Nigeria. There should be a group for this. Suicide is caused by unbearable pain and hopelessness. Please note; If you are feeling down or depressed, feel free to vent, find someone nice to vent out to and please guys try to give a listening ear, do not insult or mock them, it will make them feel worse. Even if you can't do much to help, just by listening to them when they vent really helps them feel better. Talking to someone helps. Don't be ashamed to vent out whatever is bothering you, you may feel no one cares but some really do care✅

We are living in a society where 90% of people wont listen to such a person especially if he/she is poor. They will think the person is only concorted story to get favour. The remaining 10% only had about 3% to give reasonable advise and cares. Life has been getting worse for depressed people since we starts copying western style of living.

The best thing you can do in life is to train your children how to be bold and tough in their approach to life. What i have noticed so far is that, tough and conscienceless people rarely have depression, high blood pressure or mental related issues.

Uniform will make them feel focus and under the control of school authority like secondary school system.
