Tinubu and entire leadership in this country should be blame.

We are an oil producing state, and God bless us with a refinery that can produce twice of our daily consumption per day through Dangote, yet we still fail to allocate a certain percentage of our crude oil to be refined for local consumption at a very cheaper rate. Even if all our targeted crude oil production has been presigned to be supply to our creditors as they normally say, why can't government seek additional production that will cater for local use? Why can't they nationalise some oil wells previously owned by individuals and use it for that purpose

Corruption, lack of patriotism , delibrate wickedness towards the masses has been a canker worms eating deep into our corridor of power.

A sensible government would've acquired 30 percent stake in Dangote refinery immediately it was commissioning and use it effectively in determine lower output of refined products.

Just like an average rich person in Nigeria, our politicians or leaders care not about you as long as he/she is not affected by the hardship. Forget about opposition barking up and down like dogs, they have absolute nothing to offer than to follow the same wicked pathern. That is who we are in this part of the world, our cultures and traditions promote greed, tendency to dominate and be worship if you are rich. The rich and those in power understand this factor, and would be glad to make the masses remain in perpetual poverty in order to continue dominating them and buy off their conscience during elections

There is nothing wrong with education. The problem is the funding model for our universities. We have over 140 public universities in Nigeria where students don’t pay tuition fees and you guys expect lecturers to be paid salaries. Just this weekend, a post by a student complaining of N125k fees for school logistics went viral on social media.

We want the best of everything and we don’t want to pay for it. A standard private secondary school in Abuja charges nothing less than N1.5m in a year but somehow, we want to pay N20,000 per year for university education and we F want lecturers to sleep in offices. Okay now, make all of us dey play.

Oga, everything must not be on a high side or expensive before we enjoy life. in a well structured society where government priotize the welfare of her citizens, 100k salary should be more than enough for a civil servant to live like a king and still have savings for the raining days.

Government has failed us totally but let us too plan well for our lives especially on the number of children we gives birth to. Children spent over 80 percent of income of a family, so imaging having 3 or more children when you are not a multimillionaire. It is very easy for a focus single person to succeed in Nigeria compare to when you have multiple mouths to feed. No country in the world will have Nigeria population aside China and USA that can have a robust humans development. We are more than 40 countries in Europe combine, and we all expect our limited resources to be enough for us all.

Our fathers and forefahers era were different, they have resources in nature to take care of multiple children, in some cases, their thinking and ambition for the progress of their children were also limited.

Once you are born into poverty in Nigeria, it may be difficult for you to escape the same poverty if you are not wise enough. Yahoo fraud, music and football has saved alot of poor children but those are the very few among them.


Having extral mouths to feed is number one problem of every poverty inflicting person. People should learn to give birth to the number of children they can easily take care of even with the little they are earning.

No matter how weak a country is, you can only kill or have their leaders surrendered to signify the end of the war. He just like an influencer capable of using his channels or connection to make things happen. He work mostly online, and could be a vital instrument to any political party in terms of fact findings to counter the opposition and subsequently win the heart of some educated youths.

His style of politics is fluid or dynamic, it usually base on future opportunity and alignment.

Kindly monitised the forum in such a way that will reward real or positive influential contributions with stipend that can be cash out once in a year.

Create a philanthropy section in the forum where people who are in need of help seek for it. If ordinary contents creators and other social Media platforms can use their limited spaces to fundraising for people in medical needs, scholarship, hospitalities, businesses, and helping hand to the less privilege and poor people in the country, i wonder why Nairaland with very much influencial members and politicians cannot do the same.

Also, create a public feed back section where people express their concerns about happenings in their areas. The section will also allow feedback on government projects going on their communities and where they need help from the government.

These are the important ways your forum can help tr larger societies.

The biggest problem is their mentality that all Nigerians hate APC and they can't win except through rigging. How could you have this kind of mentality and be able to work hard to mobilize people at grass root level. While they keep playing victims politic and depends on internet rhetoric by novice Obidents, APC are already working tirelessly to mobilize real people.

Another biggest problem is their supporters. Once you give them a piece of advise,they will immediately tag you APC supporter. I understand Obi might be a complete novice and ethnic bigot, but what about experienced ones like Atiku and co who should know better. Looking at the odd on ground, Atiku may prefer to eventually strike a deal with Tinubu and have a stake in his government rather than wasting his time and resources on a fruitless mission. He will do that by stepping down for Obi and leave him to his fate.

Nigeria population is about 40 European countries combined. How can a poor country have a combine population of 40 developed/ fairly developed countries.

Some people will say our population is our strength but that is false hope we use to tell ourselves. Large population can only be useful or works in an homogeneous society that shared at least 70 percent same lineage.

New countries with tiny popultion can help Africans a lot. it will gives room for robust capital and humans development. It will also gives room for new or modern approaches to national issues. Each small country would achieve a lot and be able to right the fundamental faults in the old countries.

I see local government administration a waste of public fund in Abuja. It is a seat of power with a minister in charge, why can't every community there be under the administration of FCT minister. Minister can just appoint counselor in each area and pay them salary.

We spend too much on governance, democracy is not really good for underdeveloped countries struggled with limited resources.
