I am planning to give birth in Canada and I would really appreciate guidance. I am looking for:
Affordable hospitals and doctors/obstetricians for delivery
Pediatricians for newborn care
Provinces or cities that are more affordable
Information about obtaining the baby’s documents, such as birth certificate and passport
I would be grateful for any advice, personal experiences, or direction on how to go about this.

I gave birth to my kids in the u.s and I was asked if I paid all my bills and they asked for proof of it. And this has happened to quite a few mums I know as well.

I think you've done the right thing by sending your Affidavit and marriage cert to them.. I will suggest you get their response first and then know how to proceed or someone who has been through it here can respond..

You can also send your newspaper publication to them too...all the best

Was it only your last name that changed? I'm guessing more than one name changed because WES has never issues with change of name as a result of marriage.. they'll only note the name change in the report...

Good morning all, please I need your advice. I am worried because I started my WES application last year, my credentials were verified and even accepted waitinf for it to be evaluated only for me to get this email from WES..below states it.


We regret to inform you that we are unable to prepare an evaluation report for you due to a significant difference between the name on your order and the name on one or more of the credentials submitted. I was told they will refund to my credit card but if i would like World Education Services (WES) to prepare an evaluation report under the name on my academic credentials, I should submit a new WES application using that name. My worry again, my passport has the new names, I registered with WES with the new names, but my credentials have the maiden names. I have even emailed WES making them understand that I also have marriage certificate, affidavit etc but am waiting for their reply. Pls pls pls advice me

Secondly, am yet to submit my statement of result to WES, I wnt to ask, does it really matter the year you graduaded? Cos I am so far from the uni I finished from so I have not been able to collect my certifcate. But can my statement of result be sent to them?
