ModestGal: It still amazes me how the lady would marry such an old man. Its unnatural for a young lady to fall in love with an old man with wives already
I guess its because the man is rich, well, she has inspired me to hustle till I become a billionaire. Just to show stupid girls that you don't need to marry someone because of money, because you can also make such money yourself.
I belong to the billionaire squad, this would be my speech when asked how I became a billionaire.
So annoying that girls would do that shit because of money
To the ladies... 1. You don't need to wish marrying a president, you can also be a president 2. You don't need wishing to date a celebrity like davido, you can become richer and more popular 3. You don't need to wish dating Otedola, you can be richer 4. You don't need wishing to marry a doc, you can be better Infact, its ridiculing wishing to be with someone and worshiping them because of money when nature has given everyone the chance to be one.
Parents... Teach your children financial literacy Teach your sisters financial independence
Let us lift each other up from poverty and poverty mindset, 70% of Nigerians are not just poor but live with a poverty mindset. Yeah... We reppin the Billionaire Gang soon. No other option!! |

ModestGal: Hey Nairalanders, kindly share your thoughts
Is it possible for someone to become a billionaire, someone from no where, not from a rich family, with no one to help?
Some people would say, why aiming to be a billionaire? There's this math, I used while in school, if you aim for an A, you will either end in an A or a B. You might be our next billionaire, aim HIGH
Can an individual later on in his/her life achieve this status through consistent hardworking/smart working? Or is it only through LUCK that the individual can become one, all these Nigerian billionaires didn't start from a rich family.
Please, don't compare with white people because I know they already have an enabling environment once they are diligent, focused and smart working. I'm talking about a typical Nigerian youth, from a poor/average home. I know some billionaires from wretched homes that became one, but he was oppurtuned to get a job with NNPC or oil company, and from there he started having his oil mining whatever.
In this 21st century, can a youth realize that dream legally?
I'm a motivator, and sometimes I feel I could tell myself & some people that, we should forget becoming a billionaire, or when I see people Praying to become a billionaire. Sometimes, teenagers that I guide will jokingly call themselves ''billionaire squad'', and tell me, AUNTY, my money will shock you. I do observe little children when they are playing, they are often saying, when I become a billionaire
My fellow Nairalanders, do these people have hope? Is it only through luck? Are they limited to becoming millionaires or thousandnair, hundrednaire alone? Please share your thought and give examples, if you are also a billionaire/millionaire, share with us what you think of yourself before becoming one, were you always with the thought that, surely, I would be a millionaire, or you never thought of becoming one and it just happened. If you are a NOTHING now, do you think you have the chance of becoming a billionaire? What are the steps you are taking towards this
For the purpose of viewers, I'm going to extract the best comments and put it up here for others to read and learn
God bless viewers, God bless sharers, God bless you It's very much possible. It's what you see, you get, though it requires intensive commitment and strong determination. But most times, it takes more years especially when one is building it from scratch. Though I'm already building from scratch, you can mark my words, "If I live long enough, it's either I die as a billionaire or a trillionaire". No other option. |

PeacefulT0ut: Fastest network in Nigeria for browsing is Etisalat, however they place premium on their data prices. MTN isn't far behind in this category.
Currently, I'm using Airtel Network and I'll say it is okay to some extent. I buy new Sims once in 3 months ( due to 100% data increase on offer) #2000 will give me 9gb, instead of the regular 4.5gb on offer.
Once 3 months is up, I discard the current one and get a new one Pls put me through, what's the code and the criteria sir? |

kayo80: I'm tired of my Glo... Sometimes it will be okay (not fast), and sometimes it will be annoyingly slow.
After midnight, I can download a 100 mb movie within 2 minutes, but it will take 1 hour to download the same movie in the day time.
I also have Airtel line, and it is a bit faster than my Glo, but they zap data like crazy. Sometimes, they don't even warn you before your data finishes... You can have 400mb one minute, and the next, you get message you don't have data again.
I don't know how Etisalat and MTN are. Guys, which Network do you think I should go for? I really need fast internet connection cos of what I do on Instagram... Using Instagram with my Glo can be so frustrating. Sometimes I feel like throwing the Sim away, but they give some really good bonuses when you recharge a lot. I've been trying to download the movie money heist but finds it difficult. From which site are you dowloading the episodes please? |

enemmo: Why don't you download at night, using night plan?/its cheaper and glo gives 1GB for 100 naira, five nights validity, meaning you can roll it over if you don't exhaust it.
I used MTN and Globacom before the lockdown, but Globacom improved and mtn depreciated in my area in terms of speed Or #25 for 250mb mtn night plan |

Family › Re: My Stepmother Poured Hot Water On My Baby! I'm So Angry by Yian1(m): 9:17pm On Apr 13, 2020 |
Tiarababy: I'm married with one kid. My husband lost his job when I was seven months pregnant. We are no longer living together. I'm back to my dad's house with my step mom and 4 siblings.
Things are not easy for us here because my step mom hated us from day one. She only cooks for herself, my dad and her children. She don’t give me and my baby and my brother from the same mom food. I have been managing with the little money I get from my husband. I do cook for us to eat that’s a story from another day.
Last week I went to meet with my husband to get money he promised to give me to stock up foods for us during this lock down. I left my baby with my brother only for me to come and meet my brother carrying my baby. She was screaming in pain and when I looked she had burn in her body from her right chest to her right hand. I almost collapsed because I left my baby very fine in good healt.
My brother said my step mom was preparing tea for her kids so she had left the hot water in the pot and my baby fell on the hot water. I got angry at my brother how could he be careless not to watch my baby when he knew our step mom don’t like us. I almost hit him and my step mom didn’t care. She acted like nothing, not even a sorry to me. My dad says I should be quiet accidents do happen and it’s nothing to be angry about. His words really shocked me but what can I do.
What pained me is my little sister of 5 years opened up to me that it was my step mom who poured water on the baby because she caught my baby eating her bread she left and she told her to keep quiet if she tells she will beat her and she pleaded with me not to tell her mum.
I knew she did it because she is very wicked but because I had no proof, I had to be quiet but now her daughter has confirmed she did, I want to deal with her because am so angry seeing my baby in so much pain.
Why pour hot water on a baby just because of bread? I hate her and I want to pour hot water on her too while she sleeps so she can feel the same pain she put my innocent baby.
Should I pour hot water on her too or what is the best way to deal with this witch? Sorry about your situation... You should heed to the best advice on this forum. And please, please and please, do not retaliate! Two wrongs don't make a right!! All is well! |
