If the doctor knew the risk was too high what he could have done was refuse. Na greediness lead him to jail.
If that is the way life is, then i might as well start my own surgery afterall anybody that comes in and lose his life should be blamed for not researching me wellwell never mind that I have a duty to protect my patient!

Let me ask you a question
If I go to let say Sainsbury and I buy expired food (even though I knew but pretended I didn't cos it was too cheap) and get food poison, who will be blamed me or sainsbury?

I watched a particular episode of Dr. 90210, and the doctor was going to do a tummy tuck on this 60 yr woman & he told her that the risk is higher especially for someone her age but other than her being hypertensive which he cld manage i guess he said he ddnt see any reason why he cldnt go ahead with the surgery, he did say though that he had to be very fast while performing the surgery as according to him spending a longer time cld be to the detriment of the patient, so he was quite gruesome the way he carried out the surgery. he did the surgery,the patient obviously gave her consent before he carried out the surgery, the doctor must ve told her he cld manage the situation & well it was a success but for some others like Mrs. Obasanjo, Kanye's mum & many others the story doesnt always ve a happy ending!

I dont know but i dont think the doctor shld ve been jailed! I would like to believe that Mrs. Obasanjo probably did some research before deciding to go for the procedure probably from friends who ve had some work done etc she must have been fully aware of the complications involved in the surgery or maybe not cos i remember that her birthday was just some weeks short of when she had the surgery & that got me thinking how she thot she cld be fine before her b/day, i mean for someone her age the risk is higher,the recuperation process is slower. i can almost say for a fact her doctor must ve told her likely complications that may arise for someone her age maybe heart attack etc not saying she deserved to die but its pointless to send him to jail! Everyone knows the risks involved in these surgeries.

@Madmax, Its actually not the same wit the one i posted there! i ve also used the visibly even with soy & vit c when i cldnt find the one i posted there as its kinda scarce, you cant even find it on the neutrogena website but u can get it on ebay i think! i will say though that the neutrogena visibly even with soy & vit c gives makes ur facial skin very smooth but its nothing compared to the impressive results u get with the visibly even with retinol & vit c, u just glow!

I think hes doing what is expected of him as a man of God by telling them to their faces when they come to his church but they still go ahead to ignore & we certainly cant blame him for that!

I met this guy in March 2007 ,then i was in my final year.we started as friend cos i meet hm through a cousin of his that haappens to be my friend in school.we keep relating as friends till 2008,he proposed to me(before i went for service) he came to my house to see my parents and declare his intention of marrying me.A date was fixed for paying of bride prize and everything went well.Before then,he introduce me to his friends and and family and they are loving people to be with anyway.As the tradition will have it, i spent sometime with him and his people and one thing leads to another i was disflowers,
he didnt expect that i was still a virgin.everything was practically going on well i didnt snce anything bad  only that his job takes much of his time
to cut the whole story short,i GOT PREGNANT AND TO MY GREATEST SUPRISE.He lied to me that he is not the one responsible for my pregnancy.

I cant even imagine wat u are going through rite now, must be really hard for u even losing a loved one in the process,i would like to know how far gone u are, im sorry if my advice offends anyone but if u are like a mth or 2, i ld say u opt for a D & C! it might be harsh but u need to ask yourself this, are u ready for a baby & the tasks involved in bringing one up?u ve to weigh ur options you dont ve a job yet,i dont know wat ur mum does presently, u are the first child & a lot is expected from u in terms of responsibilities & decision making. well whatever anyone says you need to does wat u think is best for U. Also i think Austin already had plans to travel before he met you u were just sort of caught in the middle, wat i dont understand is why he went to ur parents to ask for ur hand! the things some men do for a booty i guess, pple who do these things always get wats coming to them , all the best xx

I need brethren to raise prayers for my dad, he is on a sick bed presently. We realized it is more of a spiritual attack than a medical thing. We are trying to do all we can medically. (kindly check my last posts for some details). He has always stood for the truth according to the integrity of his heart. He loves God and has always followed his ways. I need the Lord to show us mercy over his life, because it is standing for the truth that brought the attack. It is well with us. Prayers had been raised for my nephew on this forum before and I had testimonies, It can and will happen again. Thank you all
