when rabiu and Co want to exist they don't come to market to sell to retail investors. They look for a mugu in the name of patner/foreign investors and sell like 5-10 percent at higher market price.I think alhaji did it once with dangota cement.

People like Alhaji Rabiu won't come and dump on retailers .....how much can they offer?
He'll look for wealthy interested company or entrepreneur to sell to, just like you said....

The question on my mind now is, since the owners and directors are holding over 95% of shares, what happened when they want to start dumping. Retail investors have big chance to exit. Na Rabiu and co go full inside bus down hill

I don't see the owner abandon his cash coy and source of wealth.
If it's some random shareholders, then I can be having this type of fear....

What I expected could happen is: Either to delist and go private OR, in case he wish to sell the asset (which is most unlikely), he will sell to new owner at huge premium .......this will benefit the retailers so much.

See the case of Otedola when he sold Forte Oil......though it ended up not paying off to retailers sha.

That's what I think.

From Access to Stanbic to Zenith to UBA delay in filing H1 2023 audited accounts

I haven't really seen anything unusual in the delay anyway.......
If you study the trend, some of these banks used to release Q2 results in late August thru mid September.

UBA for instance, we should expect release of her Corporate Action from Sept 2nd to Sept 10th, going by the past records....
Last year, it was released on Sept 8th.....the previous one (2021) Sept 9th.......

So, we can only begin to worry if release of H1 2023 result and Corporate Action exceeds 15th of Sept........in my opinion.

* If it's less than 100k, you can withdraw tomorrow........but if it's above, you should be able to withdraw it on Thursday.......Time + 2/3days...

* There's a withdrawal button once you click the small icon at the left upper corner......"ATM- Withdrawal Request"......click it and fill in the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm it.
* You'll receive it in your bank account before COB.

That's the official rate.
They can't use black market rate.
Besides, SEPLAT pays quarterly, 4 times a year.
The coy operates/is listed in Nigeria and is bound to pay in Nigeria currency.......how many retailers have domiciliary acct? Lol.
