- RICE is invariably lesser than SUGAR too.....1:14
- SUGAR is the winner here.......

From my own opinion, RICE is not listed, the value is invariably far lesser......maybe reason it's 14:1 sugar.....

Make una no quote me o. This is my interpretation and I may be wrong..........but I've said it before that SUGAR will be favoured in this merger........I may be wrong too, events of things will shed more light on the merger

This is the first time since 2008 dangote sugar is exceeding it's price. I bought around 50naira in 2008. Transcorp hasn't exceeded it's public offer price of 7.50naira

Transcorp too is approaching it, and will possibly exceed it.

Why asking if you can buy now knowing fully well no one controls the market and it can't be predicted most of the time?

Well, I think Transcorp still have more upward potentials, even if the buyback is taking out of it.
If you see to buy, buy some......with the mind to average down should it pullback......OR, wait for pullback..
I want to believe there'll always be pullbacks here and there along the line.

Once you click market view and you're in iTrade live:
* In front of each stock, you'll see a small 🔽 icon..
* Click on it, it will display a tray showing: buy, sell, market orders......
* In front of "Market Order", click the small ▶️ icon there....
* It will display "by price" or "by Order"....
* Click "by Price" to check bids/offers by "Prices.....OR
* Click "by Order" to check individual orders.

** Tips: It will bold your own order, if you place Order for that particular stock**

It's not one person, it's different bids at those prices...

Thats why he deactivated. But He needs to know that we all miscalculate from time to time.
I remember making similar mistakes even on transcorp itself. I remember having millions of transcorp but selling much to explore other stocks then suddenly transcorp rise started, I had to sell the new stock only to get very few units of transcorp. Same happened to me in Dangsugar. I sold at 18 and had to buy back at 23. Sold totalenergies at 200 to re enter at 255.
Mistake he made was not re entering on time.

Same thing I told one person as well.
It's not the mistake made that was actually the issue, but failure to have re-entered when you sighted positive news and renewed investor sentiments!
...Especially as a jijoist major that he is.

Loco, if you're reading try and come back, learn from the mistakes made and become stronger.
If everyone should be telling you their mistakes at one point or the other, you'll see that you're not alone.

Opportunities will always surface from time to time in this Market.

Really, but the monkey hunting was an old talk.we wr compering note on Transcorp and caverton few days ago.Abi people saw his call for caverton as MH

What happened is most likely not your note comparison on Caverton........but I suspected TRANSCORP as one of the causes......

Loco has made lots of wrong moves on Transcorp since when it was trading at below N1 and must have been painful to him.

He was saying with almost all certainty that Transcorp won't move anywhere, he pulled out and went to Caverton.......just for Transcorp to make U-turn and started racing up......

This market can't be predicted with confidence, it can rubbish some theories sometimes, FA/TA and even the analysis of the experts.

Transcorp is again on full bid @6.38 today......

Anybody noticed that @Locodemy deactivated his handle?? Maybe because of the MH label?
I don't think things should be degenerating to this level, especially those that one can be referencing some of their invaluable contributions and with which we newbies can be learning one or two things from their stock experiences from time to time. 😕

No one is perfect or Mr/Ms know all, that's one of the advantages of this platform, to learn, unlearn and re-learn......dont mind my English, e fit no correct......but at least you have idea of what I'm trying to say.
