with N300k, how can one invest in real estate

The last time someone mention T-bill and i called an official of Fidelity Bank, I was told d minimum investment is 1m, since i didnt have that amount, I had to back off, I need contacts of anyone with useful info on T-bills.

Happy birthday to a fellow leap year baby like me chaircover....

We are so special dat on none leap year we celebrate from 28th feb to 1st march.

I usually don't celebrate on non-leap yrs- I kinda wait for every 4yrs.

I got to work dis morning and my mailbox is full of birthday messages from colleagues, a cake sitting on my table, breakfast with drink served..... And lots more.

I missed my birthdate but am so grateful to God for another years and his numerous mercies upon me.

So sad this boy might not be able to live normally as this would affect his brain and develop. It is hydrocephalus. The size of the head also can't shrink back to normal but with adequate healthcare could have been checked from getting to this size.
