Looking forward to another new week, this market is not for the faint hearted as NASDAQ is trading close to the resistance level of 14,750, equally many equities are in breakout zone with risk of pullback on buying them, thus we need to know that we have high risk in the market at the moment. There is a broker that you have to start asking where is my dividend<after you have seen the payment date on tipranks and they tell you you have been paid!! buy you find it difficult to trace the money, you will just forget later, at least the money is small.

TROVE AS A TRADING PLATFORM
I am getting concerned here, we need to take trading as serious business and as much as possible for those of us that have some money in the market and we want improvement, there is no time for joking.

For now I can confirm that Trove is good, previously Chaka use to be better until the introduction of this new platform ( I will not comment further on the platform as only an experience and serious investor trader will know that the old platform was more Client friendly than this new one).

Going further for Chaka and Trove to place trades, using your phone seems to give better result than using computer (I don't know why). Below I have shown screen short of a test order I tried to place using limit order just as I was typing this post, to some extent our internet connection may also be a culprit in few instances for things not working as expected.

Yesterday we did our stress test as usual on Trove, it was a pass mark. To chip in a small advice on getting our money faster, when T+2 is completed, in the morning before market opens send a mail to the platform (any of them) from your order history attach a screen short of what you have sold that is due for payment, tell the broker that you will be withdrawing your money when market opens, I am sure the payment will not be delayed, the worst you may get is the morning dropping that evening and probably the following morning.

For the market today look like we are going to have a though day, not a surprise it happens as per the end of the quarter on big funds mode of operations. On stock picks, our recent suggestions still look okay, if we can withstand the heat of the market CLOV is good as a long time play. For meme stocks: PLAY, MRIN, PSTH, WKHS WISH etc.

Trove is very good apart for the fact that you can trade with your last Cent without minimum commission (imagine if you have $3 residual balance in your account you can trade, compared with another platform where minimum in and out commission will be $4, but please you should not open your account with amount less than $20 to $50 so that you will not just be wasting time, whatever is worth doing is worth doing well ) , so many stocks are in Trove that is not in Chaka. Market is at a point where retracement is possible, support still stands at 14,000. MY EXPERIENCE RECENTLY COMPARING CHAKA AND TROVE

For now I will say Trove has proof to be the better of the 2 for the following reasons:
-More stocks available. There a number of stocks that are available on Trove that are not in Chaka, big surprise e.g VIH, ZOM, FTFT. If you are complaining of more stocks, then I don't know what you will say of Chaka. Don't let us be like the "Comrado" in kegite club that is asking for more questions in the exam hall instead of more answer sheet, over 4000 stocks or even more, what do you need again, should be noted that most equities that may not be available are either penny stocks, or small companies etc
-1% commission flat- For me this is the killer. I can trade my last kobo on Trove without anybody offering me any incentive, I don't even need it for now. Imaging using the last 5 - $4 on my account (can't trade on Chaka with small money, the commission on small trades is not worth it). This is fantastic
- Simple trading platform and very transparent. New Chaka platform seems not better than the previous one, for example, in chaka (if using computer) my individual stocks shows only gain for the day, for me this is useless, I prefer my portfolio showing me my total profit or loss, I don't need excel sheet to know my total portfolio loss or profit percentage
-On the availability of money after selling to be available for immediate usage, Trove was fantastic, but Chaka for last 2 days seems to be equally doing this. We hope the 2 platforms continues.
- Stress test, for now looking at the companies systems/controls (I will prefer Trove, the control on things going wrong on depositors funds looks better). For now on the 2 platforms there is no problem with getting out your sales proceeds.
- Deposited money on Trove gets reflected fast, you don't need to scan deposit slip to them. For Chaka, you need to send scan deposit slip to support before your deposit is credited, I was just thinking in my mind, does it mean my money will not be credited if I do not scan deposit/transfer slip (chaka should answer the question themselves)
