I think you have just been saved from what you would have termed your worst marital nightmare coz it is clear the siblings and family has a good grip of the guy who seems to be their source of livelihood.
You are seen as a threat who will take away this source of livelihood from them; and funny enough, the guy in question is their dummy and doesn't have a mind of his own.
3years is small and doesn't count compared to a marriage you will regret after forcing yourself into it.
There's always time to retrace ur steps and start again. Take it as one of those mistakes ones does in life and thank God for not ending up with him; the societal issues will definitely come but brace urself up to face dem, and move on with your life.
One of the worst thing in marriage is to be hooked with a man who doesn't have a mind of his own especially when being advised or tossed about by his family.

Much as I sympathize with the lady and all female rape victims, I'd like to point out that women in these modern times have been sooooo psychologically manipulated to feel and believe that rape and sexual harassment should make you feel worthless and frustrated and depressed. In fact should signal the end of your life and dignity. This is why many ladies take their lives afterwards.

So much that if a lady comes out from a rape encounter feeling and looking normal she's made to feel that she's a wh0re or she's doing something wrong.



Unfortunate Ladies and women that got raped in the olden and earlier years of this same earth, still lived their lives to the fullest without trauma or therapy.

Joey150, I don't also visit buyers request on fiverr. In fact, with 10 completed orders on fiverr, I can be sure of over $1000. My minimum price is $40. But then, opinions have shown that Upwork is much better than fiverr. I am comfortable on fiverr because I get to reject works. Yesterday alone, I rejected 3 orders and rejected 2 orders today. My gig is on front page of my niche. This implies that the account is doing well anyway.

Now my point is that I need more, I need to diversify and I have heard much about Upwork. Fiverr can do anything any time, so it is bad to completely depend on them.

I will try to be very brief. My son is some months shy of 4 years old. However he has not started talking. When he was almost 2 years we took him to FMC owerri for examination. The result said he was ok. Unsatisfied we went after some months. They referred us to the International Speech and Hearing Centre Enugu.

There the result was that his hearing is limited. They said we should come for a reevaluation when he is past 3 years to see if his hearing has improved or if he needs a hearing aid. But we were advised to enroll him into a school to increase his interactions. The problem with this then was his repeated bouts of illness after each two weeks in school. We tried homeschooling him for a term and half afterwards. This term we have enrolled him into a new, regular school and he has adapted just fine.

Between this period, we have visited other hospitals for evaluation and they said it is ok. That he is just a late developer.

We just went for a reevaluation and they said he does not need a hearing aid and that his hearing is very OK now. They recommended a professional speech therapist to help him pronounce words, since all he does is just babbles. He captures things fast and can act out a full cartoon movie.

So please if any info is available about a speech therapist in Owerri, it will be appreciated. Other advices are also welcome.

Laws are created to accommodate our differences, taking into consideration of our nature, culture and a wide paradigm of deviation. It not right for him to be arrested solely on the basis of his sexuality. If the law permit such, then it is discriminatory, antiquated and should be overhaul. Although I won’t expect such from a country like Nigeria anytime soon.

It is also incompatible to compare him to Evans and thieves since his mere existence does no harm to anyone. Kidnappers and thieves cause tragic to their victims, being homosexual does not.
