may I ask you, whose name is in the ballot paper, is it the man on forgery case, PDP or Ogah. Thake IMO state as case sturdy when Ararume's name was originally on the ballot paper, the party rejected him and declared Eng. Ugwu as their candidate. Ararume won PDP on the ground that his name has been submited to INEC list not Engr Ugwu, then PDP did every thing to replace the Ararume with their choiced candidate but it was not approved by INEC, that was why Engr. Ugwu did not contest the election. At the end PDP WENT ANTY PARTY asking every PDP supporter to vote for PPA CANDIDATE who was Uhakim. We know that PDP won the Abia state election on forgery by court rulling, but the truth is that Ikpazu won the election under the PDP platform.
Ikpazu was the one that contested not ogah. But if they go by this judgement, to me it means INEC SHOULD FIRST CONDUCT PARTY ELECTION THEN ANY PARTY THAT WINS should do primary, so in case if any problems comes its the party's case not individual's

the ppl in power both the judiciary legislactures and the executive should stop playing politics with Nigerian.
