I thought your application has gotten to the production stage. There is nothing they can do right now even if you report them. Try and go to their office to get your NIN sorted out and do your capturing.

Please if you are Team DIY, try and make extra copies of all documents submitted because those NIS officers treat people that DIY files with utmost carelessness.

DIY will surely frustrate you!. I did DIY at Alausa passport office sometime in April. I know the stress i went through to arrange the file. I visited today to get update and they wrote NRF on the collection slip. I asked what NRF means, the officer said it means No record found and i will have to arrange the file again. I was shocked. He said there is nothing he can do. I dont even know what to do now. This country is messed up with corruption and its really frustrating. Please who can advise on what to do?

I entered the right numbers and refreshed the page. Still same result.

Same issue i have. I picked May 4th, unknown to me that day falls on holiday. I quickly picked the next available free day which is June 7.

1. Passport Application form to be completed online.
2. Online payment receipt.
3. Online acknowledgment slip.
4. Expired Nigerian Passport.
5. Photocopy of Applicant's data page of Nigerian Passport.
6. Two current passport-size photographs preferably with white background.

I have done my research on CFA . its worth having. As an ACA holder, I want to go for CFA bit I don't have the resources (time & money) for now. The instability of the exchange rate is not helping matters. If you have the resources, then go for it. It is highly recognised internationally.

CFA is recognized outside the shores of this country.
