Nowenuse: You think the Yorubas care who the Igbos vote for? Azikwe, Ekwueme, Christopher Ugoh, etc. have one time or another aligned with the Fulani north as VP to the detriment of the Yoruba nation. The Yorubas actually don’t depend on the Igbos and the SE do not dictate the life the Yorubas will live or not. In 2023, A Yoruba man will contest for presidency, we don’t care if he win or loses coz right from the inception of Nigeria, the Yorubas have been in opposition politics and we’ve learnt how to survive. We only came to the mainstream in 1999. If Igbo like they can give the slot to the fulanis or gambaris, it’s none of my concern. Since the Igbos are coward that dare not seek presidency position from PDP which they helped nurtured, the Yorubas won’t choose that path. Are we clear? |

NIGHTMAREOO7: Lol, I’m far from being a liar because I’m someone with dignity. This is my phone screenshot showing H20 as the network. Are they using H20 in Nigeria as a network? You can clearly see the local time too. You can continue to deny the Igbo profilings around the world while it gets worse. Na you know. 3 Likes 1 Share

Nowenuse: So what did the PDP replied the Yorubas with? Wike clearly told them they are inconsequential in PDP and he made sure no Yoruba man attain that position. You all clapped for him, isn’t it gonna be good also if the Yorubas lay claim to APC and tell the Igbos to find their salvation in PDP since the SE region is also dominated by PDP |

NIGHTMAREOO7: No matter how you try, you can never spoil the name of people that go about their life discreetly. I’m a Yoruba and I live in USA, I took a Uber once and the lady (Uber driver) an American asked me about my country coz of my accent. I told her Nigeria and she immediately asked me which tribe, she paused and asked me not to say it that she will guess it. To my suprise, she said I’m yoruba, I asked her how does she know, she said I talk calmly and that the other tribe in Nigeria (Igbo) are lousy and criminal minded. I was shocked about that and I had to tell her that there are good and bad people in every Nigeria tribe that she shouldn’t generalize, but she said she had many examples of different breed of them to justify her assumption. Instead of you to try to correct your people, you chose to go on Facebook to destroy the Yorubas image. They’ve started deporting people based on tribe now in Pakistan, what will you do if that attitude gets to Europe? Isn’t it the right time to correct this notion of drugs pushing? What are Ohaneze and the leaders doing? 6 Likes |

What is EFCC doing with all these gadgets and cars? Are they gonna sell it or share it amongst themselves. EFCC might as well be the most corrupt parastatals ever in the history of Nigeria. 184 Likes 8 Shares |
Politics / Re: Invite Jonathan Over N400m Fraud Case - Metuh by YorubaHero12: 1:39am On Sep 27, 2019 |
seunmsg: Even if Jonathan approved the illegal payment, why should he appear in court? What about the northerners charged for fraud, how many of their notable men have appeared in court? We southerners are daft and we keep repeating the same mistake over and over. We ganged against Kemi Adeosun, we ganged against Onnoghen, we are ganging against Osinbajo, now trying to gang against Jonathan. Is this a curse or what? Buhari held Sowore and all we could do is to remain silent and depend on the non-existent law that the northerners have trampled on. Both Atiku and Buhari are crazy and infact all the northerners don kolo for remaining silent in the face of all these rubbish going on. Jonathan should remain in his house drinking wine and enjoying his life, Ogun Lakaye kill any court that will invite him. |
Politics / Re: Jude Onyeka Called President Buhari A Mad Man On Facebook by YorubaHero12: 1:18am On Sep 27, 2019 |
I join in saying this, Buhari is exhibiting first degree madness and the northerners that need to come all out to correct him are docile. I already knew there is nothing like one Nigeria coz all tribe is trying all they can to amass anything they can get from this unholy union before we split up. Now he’s holding Sowore after the court already granted him bail and yet everywhere is quiet. The court already issued an ultimatum to the stooge DSS leader to release Sowore or rot in prison. I know they won’t obey, but they go hear am soon. Anybody that know Buhari personally, help me tell him he’s exhibiting first degree mental anomaly. |

eTECTIV: Why not pity Peter Obi that is still waiting for Atiku to cum. Did any Yoruba beg you for any pity? Ya’ll with your pull him Down syndrome. The game is being played by people with ambitions now, you guys have resorted to the game of pulling people down again. Whereas you don’t have the clout to even contest for presidential primaries under APC or PDP. Should the SW also show the symptoms of accepting fate like you guys have done concerning the presidency position, that means the north will rule forever. The SW will contest for 2023 presidency, it’s now left to you guys to form alliance with the northerners to make SW lose or wail till now till 2023 all you can , but the SW will not be scared of any human and we will contest. You got the drift? 10 Likes |

Children of hate won’t sleep tonight. Osinbajo will be sworn in as president in 2023, your fathers and mothers will still call him president Osinbajo. His portrait will be hanging in all offices and parastatals in your domain and you will all wail to no avail. No rest for the wicked! Oya come and wail as usual o! 9 Likes 4 Shares |

MelesZenawi: Well the opinion of a few cannot be used to justify the opinion of majority. Isn’t it some of you guys that are shouting he was Ijaw before even before this. I can remeber one guy brought up one link where he was saying Sowore was Ijaw and the guy was Igbo. Now you’re saying Sowore is Yoruba, should I then use the opinion of other guy to justify yours ? Can you see the drift. If people that said he ain’t Yoruba are not the majority or leaders of the Yoruba nation, then few nonentities online are inconsequential. Let’s stick to the topic of the thread and stop digressing to Sowore issue. He will forever be a Yoruba and no one can change that. |

MelesZenawi: Who are the people that said he is not Yoruba? |
Politics / Re: The Southern Dream by YorubaHero12: 3:30pm On Sep 26, 2019 |
MelesZenawi: He said the Yorubas are parasites and that we can’t build our region coz all tribes developed Lagos. I just laid out what we have done before when each region was autonomous. It’s not about projecting the future that a particular region will be better than the other, but it’s about backing claims with evidence of what had happened in the past. A Fulani man can just go online and say AREWA will be the best country in 50 years or they will be the most educated, there is no claim to verify that fact you know. He’s saying the Yorubas won’t survive the breakup of Nigeria if each region manages its resources, which to me is the most absurd statement I’ve ever read online. That was why I gave him a short analogy of the western region and the other region which can serve as a case study since it’s synonymous with each region managing their resources. |

MelesZenawi: Lol, if we talk about Lagos being the most economically viable region, you say the Igbo developed it. If we talk that Ogun IGR is more than the whole SE, you say it’s because of its proximity to Lagos. Now I talked about Ondo having crude oil than any SE states, you said it’s Obasanjo that did that. Why can’t you guys for once stop digressing facts to suit your narratives, you will always have one rubbish or another to disprove any claim when it dosen’t suit your interest. Nawa o So Obasanjo went to below ground level to insert crude oil in Ondo? Or the Ilaje people are not Yorubas? Or what are you trying to imply? 1 Like |

gidgiddy: Let’s engage in meaningful discussion devoid of insults. The is a saying that the present is the key to the past and I will highlight my points based on verifiable facts. Before the unitary government of 1966, each region is left to develop at its own pace. The defunct western region has the best economy, Ibadan used to be the house of many firsts in Nigeria. Awolowo with te proceeds of cocoa built the first TV station, the first sky scraper, Odua investment, the first stadium, and he also started the free compulsory education ever to be seen in Nigeria. Ask anyone that knows history, the Western region is the richest region when region developed at its pace. Lagos is owned by the SW and stop trying to make it seems like Lagos is built by aliens without any input from the Yorubas. Ogun State has the most companies In Nigeria except Lagos, infact the IGR of ogun is more than the total of the 5 SE states. The Yoruba economy is diversified, we have the IT sectors, banking, service sector, the highest concentration of craft workers, best education institutions, best economy with high purchasing power. Ondo State produces oil than any SE states, if the Yorubas were to be a separate country, we would be the most advanced and most successful. Ondo, Oyo can cater for agriculture, Lagos and Ogun, industries, Osun will be the power plant, Ekiti will also contributes its quota. The western nation economy will be dependent on Service, IT sectors, groundbreaking researches in uni and technological advancement. Walahi, my regret is the fact that Ironsi declares the unitary system of government, that impede the Yoruba nation growth that gave birth to this lazy economy and dependencies on the crude oil. The Igbos have never been a match for the Yoruba in all aspect of development and that is a fact! Go through this thread and come back here to say the same thing about Igbo being better/ will be better than Yoruba. https://www.nairaland.com/3918290/yorubas-most-industriousrichest-educated-tribe 1 Like |
