richiemcgold: Music fans in Nigeria already knew Tuface before they started knowing more about a group called Plantashun Boiz or any artist called Blackface. Tuface was the one who actually helped both Blackface and Plantashun Boys to become popular all over Nigeria.
The artist that first brought both Tuface and Blackface to the limelight was Tony tetuila when he featured them in his popular song Omode Meta. In the song, Tuface was that lanky young boy with a sweet voice singing " oh o! s'ere o, won n s'ere ayo..." Only a very few knew Blackface or Plantashun Boys during this time.
Modified: For those debunking my claims, I have only one question for you: "before Omode Meta, was there any hit song from Tuface and Blackface?
I stand on my word that Tony tetuila made both of them popular, and Tuface was the first to come to limelight in that group. I never said Tuface started the group, but he was the fans' favorite. He made the group popular. Any show they go, most of the crowd you see there came out because of Tuface, not because of faze or blackface.
Both songs you mentioned came out after Omode Meta. Stop capping; I'm not your mate. Omode Meta was released late 90s. The gap far well well.
MASTERCHIEF0847: That fool is a dollar billionaire and the richest black man on earth...you that is not a fool is battling with existential crisis as a result of hardship . The poor hate the rich syndrome is strong with this one
You're absolutely correct. Nigerians are battling poverty as a result of the foolish decisions intentionally made by the Vagabonds-In-Power to enrich themselves at the pple's expense.
You wonder why 90% of Nigerians remains poor. It's cuz of ur mentality. Olofo! 😡
MASTERCHIEF0847: So cost of production has remained the same for cement manufacturers while everything else is on the increase? Make una dey use una brain before making a comment abeg. Cement production involves mining with heavy equipment that can only be imported as well as it's spare parts and paid for in dollars, those responsible for repairs are also expatriates who will not be paid in naira, add cost of diesel for running the factory at over 1000 naira per liter as well as importing gypsum and others then you will understand. Pay a visit to the quarry of any cement manufacturer then you will understand cement production is capital intensive.
Baba, you've NOT answered the question. OP is wondering why the cost of a nation's natural resource is this expensive to even its local market.
So you're telling me the cost of excavation and logistics is the major driving force behind skyrocketing prices? 🙄 Even to local markets? Guy, these are beyond natural forces of macro economics, abeg.
When a nation headed by bloodthirsty Vagabonds-In-Power oils the wheels of a certain capitalist fool pretending to be a businessman, this is usually the result.
Chrisrare: Nigerians are naturally dirty people, they don't have any problem littering the environment. only thing they know how to do is spray perf... that's their own version of cleanliness. Only a few exceptions.
You mean Igbos!
They're very, very ,very dirty pple. They brought their scum lifestyle to the SW and start blaming us. PIGS!
ALLNIGERIANSMAD: you are extremely poor, so stop insulting poor people, I have over 30people under my daily payroll, I understand how important poor people impact mean to development in society. Those who have small change in account brag like fools, I can employ you and pay your income double. So you are poor therefore stop insulting poor people
Mr. Man, you're indeed MADDD! 😡
Isn't it quite funny that Nigerians refer to each other as poor? Imagine using poverty to shame one another in the poverty capital of the world. 🙄
