i and my fiancee did business with Bulgarians between 2020 and 21.
The few ones we met were exceptional compared to their counterparts in other european nations, not even americans comes close, despite having advantage of language. the only barrier they have is English language.

Their intelligency was a rude shock to my polish woman and her colleagues.

In what context? As a Nigerian living in the US on a Nigerian passport? As a Nigerian-American? As a Nigerian living in Nigeria? Additionally, what "danger" did Trump's first tenure pose to Nigerians? Wasn't it Trump who labelled Nigeria, rightfully, as a country where Christians are butchered relentlessly only for Biden to remove Nigeria from the list? Except you're a Muslim, Trump's presidency did more for Nigeria's Christians than Biden, who supported the incompetent Buhari in 2015, ever did.
