I don't know why y'all are commenting on Ruggedman, the topic is about the video, The video is arguably the most creative video a nigerian artise has made this year, the radio listeners with the chamge in sound showed that the director could take some risks and it turned out puuurrfect. It get a little monotonous towards the end though. And nice will pass for a real praise singer anyday. Overall the video is tight, and no naked girls in it for modenine to center on.

@bolaji, see this is how u guys expose urselves, i posed my question to the judge (EDOSIO) not u, i wonder why u are telling me that my points are seriously noted when u should not be a part of the judging committee, if anything, i would expect to hear from only edosio, because even tho u run this thread, u should never have a hand or say within judging operations, simply because u are part of the competitors, so no disrespect to u, but u just making this whole thingy look fishy by commenting on a question i posed to the judges, ONLY edosio and other judges should be commenting on my questions becos it was posed to them

2) u give the same points for number of punchlines?? im sorry that doesnt make sense to me, the points should not be based on how many punchlines they deliver, it should be based on how effective the punchlines are, as a rapper if im goin against a lame rapper that drops 15 nonsensical punchlines, i don't have to drop 16 so i can top them, i can just give them 3 that makes other hiphoppers understand that i don't need to waste my time, maybe im being biased but i'ma let some other hiphop heads judge sharn's supposedly punchlines she was throwing my way and match them up with mine

no disrespect but i totally agree with spottie and djhills on this one, although im in the 2nd round but i do not agree with the judging method, first of all, when this world cup was about to begin, it was stated that winners will be decided by votes, now all of a sudden in between, u have edosio judging the winners, which is totally ridiculous to me, edosio, im not saying u don't know hiphop but bolaji , if u are going to switch the voting method, u cannot have just 1 person judge, u should have atleast 3 judges, 1 mind alone cannot analyse the content and impact of 2 verses in a battle and satisfy the general public with his/her decision, u should have more judges, don't u watch hiphop battles at all?

i peeped all the results and my honest opinion, i think most of the decisions were based on quantity as opposed to quality, with the exception of teckzilla's battle, another thing is bolaji, u are runnign this tournament, u assigned edosio to be the judge, how can u be a contestant in the tourney as well? doesnt that look a little too biased, i mean if u apointed me to judge, i will be linient on u because i wont want to hurt your feelings, and im not saying u are wack or anything , im just saying look at the big picture, things need to be in place properly, its a pity that the contestants have to be the ones pointing out these things, i totally think we should use the voting method going forward in this knockout stage as initially agreed, this judging method is completely absurd to me
