Sad news sad sad

I just heard that one of the great sons of ndi Igbo highlife musician Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe, (OON) is dead at 71.
He passed on last Friday in USA, according to his family in a statement.

May his soul rest in peace.

solokay:
To me the most important thing the new president should do is to solve the problem of Electric Power Supply. Lots of industries are either dead or under producing at an enormous cost due to erratic power supply resulting in lost of Jobs and very high unemployment. If we can have constant power supply in Nigeria, the quality of life of people will improve, cost of goods and services will go down, Unemployment will go down considerably. Once youths are employed, they wont have time for thuggery and other social vices. I am not saying this is the only problem in Nigeria but it is a very big problem.
Nice work plan you have laid out for the new president. But this job is so daunting that it can only be achieved by a healthy person. My prayer is for God to keep him fit.

The new president has only one thing to do.

He should as a matter on urgent national importance get a life. He should get a brand new pair of lungs and kidneys to function properly as a human being. If not I forsee Mr. Jonathan having a goodluck on that exalted seat. cheesy cheesy

NADECO openly critized the militry. Forcing IBB to "step aside" and also forcing Abacha to eat the proverbial"forbiden apple fruit" that finally nailed him.

TV/Movies › Re: Is Nollywood Racist? by youngies(m): 12:31pm On May 07, 2007
ehie007:
the question that we should be asking is y nollywood is very tribalistic in nature. everything about nollywood is tribalistic.
the english version is dominated by Igbos, are they the best actors/actresses we ave in nigeria i guess not.
95% of all the cast in a normaal home video(english version) are igbos, igbo related, culture igbo, na only igbo dey for nigeria. any village sceen must be from the east.
they can't even explore the other regions like the north, west, south south.

thats one of the reasons nollywood still remains wacked and messed up.

now yourubas have seggregated themselves to be acting their own.
probably the hausas will start their own soon.

honestly we are still far away in nolllywood.

am not a yoruba person but if am to watch a nollywood movie it has to be a yoruba epic movie, its more natural and nigerian like.
This post is more stupid than I thought

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Champion's League Final: AC Milan Versus Liverpool by youngies(m): 12:19pm On May 04, 2007
Moriki:
Well! It happens that Ac Milan will be the home side of the day which means they will wear the red/black stripes while liverpoool will wear the yellow or any alternative jersey. Liverpool have never lost a final wearing the red shirt and the opponents wearing all white (the reverse this time). One may think that this is superstitious belief but it worked well for liverpool in 2005 and i believe it will work again. Milan will be out for revenge! For liverpool it will be an awaiting firing squad meeting where the rossoneries will lay their hands on guns and shoot the hell out of liverpool.
But they say "They will never walk alone", then i hope the fans don't receive the same sentence because it will be a great lost.
The Italians are the World champions and will be the European Champs!
Up Milan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well well well whatever!

Expect for Kaka, the Italians are the cheating champions of the world.

Again we will not walk alone in Athens
