Beline:
This can not be true, owning 172 houses in one state. I think Chimaroke is wiser than this, no property outside Nigeria and not even in the big cities of the country.

Please we are not ready for any news but for facts and if the media or the informant are not ready to feed us with the truth, they better leave us alone oooooooo
Do not be decieved. Chi-boy like some of our leaders had a mental case in the past, though he was treated; I don't know if he was properly rehabilitated. So nothing is impossible.

Chi-boy has not denied that he owns those properties, I am privy to EFCC source. He agreed to part with these properties if it can save him from going to jail.

Ehindero even lied against the dead. He paraded fake accused person as killers of Chief Bola Ige. He is a useless and a wicked man that even lied against fellow Nigerian that cannot defend himself in the grave.

Ehindero, you will never rest.
Politics › Re: Ehindero: Another Tafa Balogun Is Here. Shame, Shame, Shame by youngies(m): 1:25pm On Jun 11, 2007
I have said it before that Ehindero will not rest in retirement because of evil that he did against Nigeria. He colluded with OBJ and IWU to rig the last elections in Nigeria. God Almighty, who knows all that is done in secret and darkness will continue to expose ALL the enemies of Nigeria. I have said it that Ehindero is no better than Tafa (The disgraced, imprisoned former IG). They drank from the same pot, they are the same.

Ehindero belongs to the prison but my fear is that he might walk away free because those that he helped to rig and win elections are currently in power in Nigeria. I have little confidence regarding meting punishment to him.

I say it again, Ehindero is a big disgrace to himself, his family and whatever or whoever he represents including Mamajama.

Sports › Re: Super Eagles Coach, Berti Vogts, Has Terminated His Contract With Nigeria by youngies(m): 4:53pm On Jun 06, 2007
The resignation of Vogts did not come as a surprise. “It came sooner than I expected. I know that it would come. I don’t take all the crap of excuses he is giving. He has discovered that he can’t handle the Nigerian team. He has no future in Nigeria. He fumbled against a common Uganda and knew that he cannot cope against other stiffer oppositions in Africa. He knew that he cant deliver and has to find a way out of the job.

A German cannot work with the bunch of FA we have in Nigeria. I knew that the marriage won’t work. How can a man who has not worked in Africa before succeed by coaching from abroad? How can a man who does not want to live in Nigeria succeed in Nigeria? It is better he goes. We need a coach like Clemens Westerhof who would go out with our women, eat our local food, drink our drink and party with us. That person has to love Nigeria and believe in Nigeria. And unfortunately, that person is not Vogts. When they signed him and I knew that the marriage won’t last,
How can you imply that he resigned because of the game he lost to Uganda. The players themselves were being stupid. How can you call a player up to camp and then he will decide not to be reachable by phone or anything. Who do they think they are anyway. They refuse to understand that it is a privilege to play for your country. How many people have that dream.
You sound like a railway worker. Whereas it is a privilege to play for your country, is not also the responsibility of a careless country to take care the welfare of her players
If the story of his resign is true, then that means he was frustrated by the behavior of the players. Someone like Obi must have been really stupid not to come. If he thinks he's so much of a prodigy, the next kid that is half as good as him will replace him for good.
Yes it is true he has resigned and he was frustrated. But please don't call Obi names cos he has nothing to do with it. If you are envious of the lad then deal with it.

Ken,

Those who know you well call you "Scanty n'fefe"
We sing and dance at parties,
argue football on street corners,
run where angel dread to walk,
and from time to time
we look at the star-filled sky
with the same amazement we had
we point at our stars
suddenly you left and joined the stars
every night I see you shining
now I know you are with the Lord.

Ten candles lighted for you, bro
Christianity Etc › Re: Could Jesus Have Been A Black Man by youngies(m): 6:24pm On Jun 05, 2007
Jesus' male ancestors trace a line from Shem. However, ethnically and racially, they were mixed Semitic and Hamitic from the times spent in captivity in Egypt and Babylon.

Rahab and probably Tamar were Canaanites. Although Canaanites spoke a Semitic language, they were descendants of Ham through his son Canaan. Bethsheba, who had been the wife of Uriah the Hittite, probably was a Hittite herself, possibly a Hamitic Hittite, though scholars disagree on the precise identity of the "Hittites" in the Bible because historical records are quite scarce.

In the United States today the general view on whether someone is "black" is the One-Drop Rule -- if a person has any black ancestors he/she is considered "black", even with a clearly Anglo skin color, e.g., Mariah Carry, LaToya Jackson.

Christianity Etc › Re: Why Does The Muslims Do Not Pray In English. by youngies(m): 11:36am On Jun 01, 2007
Emmo:
I had not intended on replying but reading several intolerant posts galvanized my need to. First off there aren't stupid questions but there are proper ways to ask questions in order to avoid offending others.

- Secondly prayers are remembered and recited in Arabic to preserve the original meaning of the text. It is impossible to make a perfect translation from one language to another without losing meaning or the original efficacy of the text.

- I'm sure you can think of many words that exist in your native tongue that don't exist in English. In that scenario a translator usually has to come up with a less precise equivalent, which may or may not change the overall meaning and effectiveness of a message. (Example: spit or saliva in Chinese( Cantonese dialect) is translated as mouth water). Without knowing both languages, how is an individual supposed to know what mouth water is in reference to? This where you start getting into numerous issues surrounding interpretations of translated text.

- Even if you could make a perfect translation from Arabic to English, all this does is open doors for more translations. Hypothetically speaking, lets say you want to translate from Arabic to Quechua( Language of the Inca Empire/South America). There may not be someone available to do that translation, that has a high degree like a PhD in both languages( you shouldn't translate text 'especially religious text' for mass production unless you have a high degree) because speaking fluently is completely different from written fluency. So what you have here is a situation where the text has to be translated from Arabic to English then to Quechua or even Arabic to English to Spanish then to Quechua. You get a long chain of translations of translation that further pervert the original meaning of texts.
Again lots of words but no sense lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Does The Muslims Do Not Pray In English. by youngies(m): 5:10pm On May 31, 2007
According to Surah 19:71 every Muslim will go to Hell (for at least some time), while another passage states that those who die in Jihad will go to Paradise immediately.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Does The Muslims Do Not Pray In English. by youngies(m): 5:04pm On May 31, 2007
Many Muslims have tried to deny that the text says that everyone will enter hell. They argue that the expression "go down" ( wurood ) doesn't necessarily mean to enter hell, but it can also mean to pass through or over.

Some will even argue that the text is simply saying that people will cross over hell into Paradise on a bridge called Sirat, even though the Quran nowhere alludes to such a bridge. The late AY Ali wrote: - Three interpretations are possible, (1) The GENERAL interpretation is that EVERYONE must pass through or by or over the Fire
