People get fat because of unhealthy lifestyle and they fail to exercise. I know some will be like, it's the gene bla bla, c'mon hit the gym. Exercising will do you whole lots of good aside reducing fat.

Some times I wonder what some guys actually smoke. Listen, if she can't maintain her shape while single, don't expect it to happen when she's married. When a woman gives birth, she add up and if she was chubby before she got pregnant, expect her to be fat. As you make your choice, factor in the weight she will add after giving birth.

It takes a whole lots of determination for a woman to maintain her shape in this part of the world (Nigeria). I know there are women who worked out to maintain their shape after child bearing, but remember that 2/10 isn't a pass and the possibility of you ending up with the 2 is very slim. A wise man take calculated risk and he knows that he can't win some certain wars.

Forget about drinking slim tea and all that, if you like force one jug of slim tea down her throat every morning, she's still living unhealthy lifestyle.
