Topsmamen: Lol. I learned that masters degrees btw 9-15 months are classified as 1 year while 18-24 months is 2 years. If you feel inputting 1 year is safer, then go right ahead. Really?! You are a lifesaver! Thank you. Will input 2 years. |

Good evening everyone. Please, I need help. For those whose second degree was more than 1 year but less than 2, what did you input in the "total years of study" field when creating a profile? My Msc was 1 year 6 months & it says it has to be numerical.

Give it your best shot - in compiling docx and proof of funds, don't lose sight of the goal, ask for help, clarifications, look for answers, admit when you are weak especially when the 6 months timeline elapses, joke around it, but wait for it. It's gon come!
Here we come Canny... Tra-la-la-la. Lol. Congratulations! All the best. |

I want to thank everyone it's been a journey. I registered for wes as far back as 2014. But one lost interest until dec 2017 when we had fuel scarcity.. no light no water no fuel.i just got fed up and encouraged my wife. Who later became the PA.
To all those who are looking for something like this, the God that did this for us, will do it for you in Jesus name. Amen. The PPR was a good Easter present for us.
I took time out of nairaland after aor to relax, because the journey is not for the faint hearted neither is the cost but all in all it will end in praise Congratulations to you and yours sir. |

joo2018: Eeyah.
1. Pray and hope the score comes down. I will pray and hope with you.
2. I don't know if it is still practical for hubby to do ielts against May, but I think he should prepare at least for after. 440 is better than 436.
3. You might need to start exploring options. French or PNP. What is your CRS? Alberta or Ontario may call. Thank you so much. He'll have to write again. Like you said, 440 is better than 436. So while he's prepping to rewrite, I'll just create a profile & wait for it to get to 438 like last year or for Alberta to come through. God go do am. |

DAramis: Hello house, I came across this thread recently. I have some questions that needs clarification.
Would it be enough to get an idea of the whole process if I read only part 7 thread rather than starting from part one to part 7? (Don't want to be spoofed). If not, which part can you suggest I start from.
The cost implications is what I am still evaluating? Would it be wise to dive in into direct or to go through the PNP route.
Hope I can still be able to get help in clarification of some grey areas that might seem confusing?
(This thread is worth buying of paper and pen for pening down some important things while reading). Page 1 has all the information you need. |

Topsmamen: Yes boss. Your JD matches well with 0114. On the issue of NOC, please I need a second opinion. I'm the HR officer in my organisation. So I chose NOC 1223. JD for NOC 1223; 1) Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications 2) Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment 3) Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel 4)Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions 5)Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates 6)Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers 7)Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures 9)Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process 10)Determine eligibility to entitlements, arrange staff training and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs 11)May supervise personnel clerks performing filing and record-keeping duties. My duties are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & part of 10. Please help me check. Thank you. |

Canadaforsure: That was what i was told. On the 12th week i Wrote again and told them its 12 weeks i am working with. They responded that estimated times can change however my evaluation was completed. I got the mail from ups 2 days later and received it within a week. I discovered the certificate was signed a week before i wrote them. I will definitely try this next week. |
