Op you're wrong on the number of local government the ngwa occupies, it's the largest Igbo clan in Igbo land not just south east. Ngwa occupies seven LGAs namely; Aba North, Aba South, Obingwa, Isisalangwa South, Isialangwa North, Ugwunagbo, Osisioma.

I'm currently using samsung galaxy s8,not even the s8 plus and infinix note 7. I got the galaxy s8 because of the camera due to the type of work I do. I will confess to you that this is the best phone I've used since the advent of android. Samsung over infinix (sreen and large battery) any time any day.
Oneday you'll ask us whether to travel to Niger Republic or USA.

I have something I have been making some sort of research on to know which is better and affordable and also gives me time to work as I will fund everything myself.

I want to further my academics to the tertiary level . I am faced with two options, one is applying for an evening programme in any of the polytechnics or applying in national open university (NOUN).
Things I need to know are which of the two is cheaper, and also gives me time to work.
Please I will like to know the running cost of the two to make a better decision on which to settle for.
