Hope you know that if all previous conditions remained the same,the same thing will happen?
Doing the same thing will give you the same results.
So before next year,take a step you didn't take earlier by eradicating any possible ant invasion, either by changing the location of where you breed the chicks or eradicate the ants permanently from their source.
So by next year you will be better prepared.

Too bad my broilers for December were all killed by soldier ants in August.

My pen was invaded by those monstrous ants and those little two weeks old broilers and turks were dismembered.

But still, will try again next year.

In a saner society, your take would have made meaning. Not in this context, when muslim go to churches and kill Christians and our politicians keep quiet because the president is a muslim, Not in this society when a school girl was stoned to death and the police says they cant find the people - not one person was prosecuted. From time immemorial, religion as been the fuel that drives politics. That is why most nations are regarded as christians or muslim country. If religion doesn't matter why will they be labelled as such. The idea of keepiing religion out of politics is still a political way to make Christian expecially be dormant when it comes to speaking up on politics. That trick no longer works - we have awoken.
