Hello Gurus,

This question isfor any guru on EE ITA or if you've been successful via the EE profile.

i'm about creating my EE profile, there's a section speaking about Primary Occupation and when was the individual qualified to practice in this qualificationhuh What exactly is being referred here

a. is it the occupation you've practised backed with your degree certification
b. is it an occupation you currently in backed with a training received or employment start date?

Thanks
I put the date I obtained my Master's degree as I obtained the degree before I started working at my NOC job.

Thanks very much for your reply.

Please, what is LMO and PNP? will I need either of them to complement my IELTS score? If yes, how do I go about it?

Thanks once more.
LMO or LMIA is what an employer files for you if you're given a valid job offer. PNP ie Provincial Nomination Program applies to if a province nominates you. They both have nothing to do with your IELTS but having either will fetch you additional 600 points which will most likely guarantee you an ITA. Excellent scores in IELTS on the other hand could fetch you 50 additional points or more which will help with your score and hence improve your chances of being selected.

Greetings house.
I found this thread why I was making research regarding my IELTS score. My aggregate score is 6.5: 7.0, 6.5, 6.5, 6.5.
Someone that was referred to me who lives in Canada, and should have assisted me with the application process told me that I "failed" after telling him score.

I wasn't comfortable with the way he said it, so I decided to gather some information myself. From what I have read here, it seems I am qualified. Please house, can someone guide on how to start from here. My intention was to apply as a skilled immigrant(express entry).

Thanks
No you haven't failed. To qualify you need to score a, minimum of 6 in each which you've already achieved. However the problem is without an LMO or PNP these scores won't give you high points. My suggestion is is that if you do not have LMO or PNP which would give you extra 600 points, prepare very well and take the test again and again this time try to score 7 in W, R & S and 7.5 in listening.

Hello House,
I just checked their site for Education eligibility and saw that there are no Engineering field for approved degree. Does that mean if your first degree is Engineering you cannot apply this year?

Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy
There is no specific approved degree, you can apply with any degree. However to score 23 points for Education towards the eligible 67 points, you must have either a Master's degree in any field or a University level entry-to-practice professional degree in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy. This is because in some countries like the UK for example, there is nothing like a BSc in Pharmacy, you have to complete an automatic Master's. Hope this helps.

Hello house......

Could anyone pls share his/her IELTS listening skill interview with the examiner. Am tensed.....youknow.
Another thing to note is not to study the speaking too much or else you'll sound rehearsed. I studied for listening, writing and reading but didn't even read anything about speaking because I didn't want to come across as being too tensed and in the end I scored the highest in Speaking i.e. 9. My scores were W 7, R 7.5, L 8 and S 9. Just go there, relax and speak like you're speaking to anyone else. Confidence is key. Goodluck smiley

Listening isn't with an examiner, it's speaking that's one on one. For listening they just play a tape and you write down the answers.

@ JesusDWay & Solomonwis, I would really appreciate your torts on my question above.

@ Zandora, can you please shed more light on the list of documents CIC requested from you when you received your ITA? you mentioned they requested a letter from your bank listing all your accounts and their start dates.
The documents that were requested after I received my ITA are as follows:

You must provide proof of each of your current and previous work experiences.
Your evidence should include a reference letter from your employer and previous pay stubs, where available.
The reference letter is an official document printed on company letterhead and must include your name, the company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company and a business card of the person signing the letter. The letter should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.
You must scan all documents for this work experience and save them as one file. (Each work experience requires a separate file.)

Police certificates are different in each country and territory and may be called police clearance certificates, good conduct certificates, judicial record extracts, etc. They are issued by police authorities or government departments and used by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to determine a person's admissibility to enter Canada.
Certain countries will not issue a police certificate, or provide the certificate directly to you. If this applies to you please provide a letter of explanation in lieu of a police certificate.
You will be advised if you are required to obtain a police certificate for Canada

Document: Marriage License/Certificate
If you were married in Canada:
You must have a marriage certificate issued by the province or territory where the marriage took place.
If you were married outside Canada:
The marriage must be valid under the law of the country where it took place and under Canadian law.
A marriage performed in an embassy or consulate must comply with the law of the host country where it took place, not the country of nationality of the embassy or consulate.

Hi All

I would be very grateful if anyon could please help me with my query. I received ITA April 17 and I already have all my docs except the letter from my bank listing all my accounts and their start dates. Apparently it's difficult for banks to give out personalised letters. I bank with two banks and one of them could only give me a print out of the screenshot of my accounts showing their start dates and stamped, while the other bank could only provide me with a letter stating that I bank with them. However I've obtained 6 months bank statements of each of my accounts. Please does anyone know if these will suffice?

Thanks a lot!
