What u should understand is that no guy can actually stand his girl cheating with another guy, be it his ex or not. Men are naturally jealous, though there's always an exception to every rule.

All the excuses for the increament is just utter nonsense. If they are actually true to their word, what dey should have done was to leave the soccer+more bouquet at its present subscription fee and only reduce the price of the other bouquet since it contains no soccer channel, but instead they chose to increase the price of the soccer+more bouquet because they know that 98% of their subscribers are soccer fans. This is just a ploy to increase their subscription, but they just cant come out openly to increase it hence, they decided to create a false facade by introducing the bouquet system. I'd rather pay 4 dstv 4300 bouquet than d hi tv 3500 bouquet.

pls cld u elaborate on the group discussion thing. Is it in a form of a lecture or seminar in which u lecture ur fellow group members or d interviewers wld throw up a question bothering on a particular topic to d group so dat each individual wld discuss wat he or she knows about d topic.

I think we are facing a similar problem here. I had a test with virgin nigeria oct. last year, d two of us dat passed had our interview dsame day, 3wks later they sent d other guy a mail tellin him dat he was unsuccessful with d interview, upto dis moment i've not received any mail informing me if i made it or not.

"Bank charge" How legal is it?

The issue of "bank charge" has been operating like a trojan horse in our society, and my biggest concern is just dat everyone seems to be okay with it. Its almost d norm of d day dat virtually every fee you pay in banks today, they usually request for "bank charge" which usually ranges 4rm N200 - N500. Is it justified for a student who goes to pay his or her school fees in a bank to pay extra N500 as charges? If at all its legal to collect charges, should d student be made to pay d charges instead of d institution dat employed d services of d bank? I see this as a corporate extortion, i stand to be corrected. Is there any difference btw payin in money into someone's account and payin fees? I see it as thesame process, cos u are also paying in money into d institutions account with d bank, so why collect charge for one and not d other? Pls bankers on d forum and fellow nairalanders pls i wld like u guys to shed more light.

This post has taken so many dimensions. Some wld argue from the point of view that an ibo person is taking over from a fellow igbo person(though in acting capacity),some wld say that an ibo minister appointed her sister(though now an ishan woman) and your own line of argument is dat a certain ethnic group in Edo state which happens to be d host community for d university has never become the VC, so whats d big deal?We are complaining of tribal sentiments dat exists in nigeria, now you want to bring it down to a state. I wld hav agreed with ur line of argument if u were saying dat an edo man has neva been appointed VC, u are just complainin dat a certain ethnic group in d state hav not smelt d post b4. U were sayin dat it was ok 4 an ibo person 2 b appointed VC in any igbo uni,dats ok by me,but u shld bear in mind dat u are talkin of 5states here so d tendency 2 hav an igbo VC in those uni are very high unlike in ur own case. I think all these agitation is cos an ibo is handin over 2 ibo nothing more!

In as much as d nairalist concept should be applauded, i dont think it would comfortably fit into the shoes of nairaland job/vacancies section. The nairalist does not provide room for discussion,suggestions and maybe clarifications, i stand to be corrected. Nairaland job/vacancies section i believe is one of d sections that gave nairaland its popularity, nairaland is more like a forum where people air thier views on matters bothering on job vacancies etc unlike in nairalist u just post ur vacancy and thats all about it. Seun you dont solve a problem by running away 4rm it, for how long wld you keep running.
