I have a wart around my pubic area for about 2-3years now its been there and growing marginally, I noticed it grows only when I shave and I maybe cut it slightly (mistakenly or intentionally by trying to examine it out of curiosity) Its painless and never disturbs me in any way. But I just don't like to see it there. I had seen a doctor. He was like, I should leave it if its not disturbing that its a natural growth and that cutting it may not be the solution cause there might be a regrowth perhaps a bigger one for that matter. You need to see your doctor again and let him know he needs to check if it's not infected.

I will advise you to use shaving cream if you cut yourself often.

I personAlly don't use shaving stick because it gives me a cut and scratch me for days so I went for a shaving cream nd it was a done deal

Balance diet and rest. Take enough protein like milk and egg. Take enough water as well.

If you don't get fat, don't force it

You need to go check your blood pressure and also see a doctor. A medication could be prescribed to maintain that .

It's heartburn, I could Remeber my mum do experience such with beans. I will advise you stay away from food that cause you heartburn or you see a doctor and take a medication to suppress it after eating your noodle or beans
