But I must tell you, its not as straightforward as that. You have to practically outsmart them with sweet talks or you'll have to come back another day for something that won't take 15mins. I witnessed a guy that speed-ran documents submission to capturing in less than 30mins. Didn't wait for SMS for capturing. I was impressed.

His advice: 7am is 7am

You have to submit your application with all required documents at their office. If you get there early enough with complete documents, you could be captured same day.

Hello family, please I need your help on something. I have been trying to apply for the standard e-passport and I have reached the page for step two where I need to give my details. But I have been finding it very difficult to go to the next page. The page keeps directing me back after having filled all the compulsory and voluntary fields of information. I have been using Google chrome and other browsers too but have been to no avail.

I recommend you clear your browser cache but its best you use Incognito mode on Google chrome.

You don't have to wait for SMS before paying online, pay whenever you are ready.
But you do have to wait for SMS to go for capturing after you enroll.

Thanks for the info. I thought enrollment involved biometrics capture in addition. Already done with the online registration and payment ages ago.

Are they basically the same? What advantage does the 250v have over the 150v? From my modest knowledge of physics and RE:
1. The voltage limit of your CC choice should be based off of the PV panels string voltage you intend to use in your setup (Since both cc efficiencies are closely matched and of same brand).

2. This is evidently determined by the distance of panels to CC as higher voltage PV strings lead to lower power loss for same value of energy transmission (if compared to lower voltage strings and higher current equivalent energy requirements).

3. So if distance is a factor to consider, and the power loss is negligible, I'll say go for the 150v. If distance is a big ish, then the 250/100 cc will not only save you on cable costs and Max PV panel voltage per string but on power loss too. Only if it equates or exceeds the $250 you quoted as difference.

4. I believe this is basically true for most premium brands I've had experience with.

PS: These are my views from real world experiences with other premium brands and not Victron.

I recommend you just jump in now. I don't think contesting Listening or Reading ever comes out with success. The answers are usually fixed for those two modules. Its either you hit them correctly or miss as there is no human factor in marking unlike Speaking and Writing.

That's quite incorrect. There is actually a CLB 10 (minimum CLB needed to max out First official language score) even up to CLB 12 (if you can totally crush the 4 individual IELTS modules).

But as far as FSW is concerned, CLB 10 to 12 gets same points. Why most people aim for at least CLB 9 is because it gets almost twice as much points as other lower CLBs.

Additionally, CLB 10 = CLB 9 points + 3points. So if the famous Golden score for LRWS is 8777 then the Platinum score should be 8.5,8,7.5,7.5

There's no band 10. The maximum CLB you can get even if you get 9 in all the IELTS modules is CLB 9.

I think it might be almost impossible to even pay for a remark now as Banks are closed. BC has awful call customer service, only time I was able to get through was when I spent 20+ mins on hold and even the operator was totally of no assistance in the end.

If the score isn't that bad and you already have your TRF number, perhaps you could just create or update your EE profile pending when you can get a remark.

I think the computer based IELTS is the best option. Big screen help in reading.you can also drag answer and this leave you with few options.

Bad handwriting, you are covered. Counting of words is easier. It helps in terms of punctuation.

For listening, the sound is very clear and you can also drag.

To be honest, people need to consider the CBT option more.

Considering this option seriously. My handwriting is a big NO-NO. Where did you take yours?

You are too nice. On your own money again!! Last time my account officer tried this with me, I just moved the funds to another bank instantly via online banking. I-invest is there, MMFs are there, options are plenty. Gone are the days one lousy account officer can hold a person to ransom.

That's the reason for having multiple banks as options. Every bank has its day.

CCNA is essentially an Associate level certification in Networking. The current base official certification material is about 2500+ pages of reading in 2 books. Assuming you have a computer science first degree, let's call that a 10% level readiness for the exam objectives.

Can you get a job? Yes
Estimated salary? No idea in Nigeria. But a CCNA holder can expect at least 50k dollars per year in the US.

For the programming aspect...Better you start learning one. No use running away from it as the exam objectives has Automation and Programmability that'll be in effect from 24 Feb 2020.

I just checked again and you are right. No minimum holding period on their MMF page. But like I said, one might not have access to the Accrued interest until the Quarterly Income Distribution.

Biko, make una help me. I made a liquidation request from AXAmansard yesterday and got credited later in the evening. I decided to check my balance this evening, and to my dismay I'm seeing a balance that doesn't belong to me or my village people.

I have sent out an email laying my complaint though. I just wanted to find out if anyone has had similar problem with AXAMansard?

Also can one access the interest that has accrued at any time?

From my little research, I think you can only access the accrued interest after the initial 30-days holding period and the subsequent quarter of the year. If you recalculate with these in mind, your balance might not be so strange in the end.

Please do let us know their reply in the mail.

what is the AXA account details to use to credit the account?

You just need to indicate your Investment Client ID in the Remarks column when you want to use Bank transfer.

I discovered that initiating the Buy funds option in your online profile (via a Web browser) creates a Transaction reference for the amount you intend to credit the account with. So I just put these two things (Trans ref and Client ID) in the remarks when using Bank transfer.

I think this somewhat reduces delay time in processing your request as I've experienced account update in less than 60mins with this.
