megainvest: The oando deal is good news for the banks involved. This may be a signal that a bank like FCMB will have a better loan book with lower NPL in Q2 result.
Pls does anybody here know the specific individuals / companies owing Skye bank? Is Mr Skye Bank finally deceased, that you now want to help the family recover debts owed him? |

soloniger:
pls how can we track our members when missing cus many of them have vanished just like that Aahh, my brother, I share your concern, but remember, this is an anonimous community. People who, for whatever reasons, desire the change of identity are free to disappear by one moniker and reappear by another at will. Some of the new monikers you see could be the reincarnations of some of the missing ones. I believe God it is well with all BNSTL seen and unseen. |

angelo82: Sorry you aren't making any sense. may be then I'm missing the meaning of market making. my understanding is the market maker should be ready to mop the stock when people are dumping it, and release back into the market when it stabilizes. for this function the market maker needs huge funds to tackle stocks with huge floating shares. |

It's deliberate to have left the offer volumes at 90m , they are to provide liquidity. provide liquidity from what source? are they the world bank? its not easy to make market on stocks of excessive shares in circulation like UBA, transcorp, Fbnh and Zenith. |

Skye is a very reluctant participator in this bull, and is only looking for the slightest excuse to dive south again. Otherwise tell me why a "systemically important" mega bank in the rough that claimed tier 1 status after swallowing mainstreet could only manage to pick up 4% today when small boys like fidelity and fcmb were picking up 10%. |

NuttyChoky: Good morning house,
While we do not know the effect of the release of the Q1 GDP on Friday, I expect the bears to visit us because of the contracting GDP
I would suggest a cautious approach to trading until after the MPC meeting.
Have a great week! Never hurts to err on the side of caution. But market atmosphere should be upbeat in reaction to NLC back down. |
