4. As a Governor,he arranged professionals in various fields who prepared action document which is still being implemented by successive Governors. It touches areas like railway system, Health provision,Urban renewal etc.When you hear of Lagos master- plan, know they are referring to this document
5. As a Governor,he tamed Atlantic Ocean which ordinarily would have consumed people and properties. We know how IMB building in V. I was being disturbed by ocean surge ,until Tinubu intervened. This is leadership!
6. As opposition leader,he built a vibrant opposition to the then PDP led FG,which prevented Nigeria from one- party system,put PDP government on its toes ,thereby providing dividend of democracy to Nigerians.

Some have argued that section 3 (d) of the code of conduct bureau and Tribunal act exonerate the suspended CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen from his present trial however going by his statement to the CCB it could be clearly seen that section 6 (b) of the same act indicts him assuming without conceding that he is exonerated by section 3 of the act.

Therefore, going by Justice Onnoghen own admission of engaging in other businesses such Forex trading, AGRICODE (what ever that means) and investments which is prohibited by section 6(b) of the act i think it would be easier for the camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for CCT to free Justice Onnoghen at the end of his trial.

Finally, could be the realisation of this very fact that his legion of SAN'S are now looking for a soft landing for him as reported in the Punch Newspaper of Today? Could it also be the reason why the CCT Chairman, Justice Danladi is not bothered about his earlier rulings?

I've quietly followed this APC vs PDP thing, and I've come to the conclusion that people have the spirit of hate, which is caused by blinded partisanship, rather than a desire to move Nigeria forward.

Where am I going? NJC is an institution of government which was created , vested with enormous power and responsibilities among which is strengthen the structures and integrity of the rule of law; preserving and improving justice. Now that a judge has been found guilty and recommended for dismissal from service by NJC the rest now lie with the president and his person whether he would allow the impunity to continue or not. We have so accustomed to abuse of power and process for so long that majority find it difficult to recognize right things in our system. Right is seen as being wrong and vice vasa.

On the last note, majority of comments here where the commenters attacked the step took by the president were borne out of nothing but hatred for the occupier of seat of president. They know what is right and how things should go but will never give credit to the man for job well done.
