Here we go again, as primaries are currently rounding up, it will be fair to say that the true picture of the next Nigerian President is in sight.
Think it's time to evaluate the chief aspirants chances..

1.. Atiku Abubakar- For those who understand Nigeria politics, Atiku has already 65 percent chance of being the next President. Well above average, very unfortunate for the south as greed and selfishness has its consequences.

Atiku though has work to do, how to deal with Kwankwanso, Peter Obi and Wike.. These 3 former loyalists will be very instrumental to a clear winning.
Time will tell if Kwankwanso and Peter Obi will drop their ambitions as Igbo Votes and Kano votes is sugar and honey..

2. Rabiu Kwankwanso - The red cap chief is in a very interesting position and will act as a spoiler for any party. Of course , he has less than 10 percent chance of winning the presidency as Buhari is from same region and the cry of the south means he can't get a strong VP from the South.
This is the last chance of Kwankwanso to be relevant in national politics therefore he has only 2 choices.
- Collapse structure for Atiku for a lucrative position.
- Merge structure with Peter Obi and become his VP

I think the latter is ideal. If they win, he becomes VP for 8 years and go for the presidency.


3. PETER OBI - Will give him less than 30 percent chance of winning despite amassing a great number of young fans. In similar position like Kwankwanso and any greater chance of winning the presidency will require a calibre of Kwankwanso as VP then hoping APC produces another Northern or Muslim presidency.

Alternatively, merge with PDP and get a top position and prepare for presidency after Atiku if PDP wins...

3. TINUBU - Another very difficult position for the man who has given all to APC. First, he will need to win primaries which is not going his way with Buhari's gang sticking to Consensus. If Tinubu decides who becomes Governor in Lagos state, Buhari has right to decide who replace him.
Tinubu's chances stand at less than 40 percent as even if he wins the primary. He's already lost 40percent of SW Christian votes, lost SE and SS votes who he deliberately ignored during consultation. With Atiku emerging as Northern candidate, we have seen the brotherhood of the north in standing together, Tinubu has no change of winning Atiku.
More interestingly, he will want to gamble Moslem/Moslem ticket thereby alienating the Northern Christian votes as well..
2 choices for him.
- Collapse structure for Osibanjo
- Fight Osibanjo if he loses the primary and Support Atiku his business partner and long time friend.

I think he will choose the 2nd option at the end of the day if APC refuses to stand for him.

4. OSIBANJO - WIll give him less than 40 percent as well since he will be challenging Atiku , cutting southern votes with Peter OBi and paying for the sins of betrayal of Jagaban in the SW.
He has no solid political structure therefore will rely solely on Buhari for support.
Osibanjo has 2 choice to make
- Collapse structure for his Godfather for the sake of SW and ask for forgiveness
- Collapse structure with Amaechi for the Christian faith

He's in a very difficult position particularly if SW lose the presidency..


5 . AMAECHI - Surprisely Amaechi has Just about 50 percent chance if backed by Buhari especially with the North clinching PDP ticket. I think he will have SS , SE and Christian SW support , having a strong Northern vice will prop his chances..



He will have to convince the Northern backers of other APC candidates to throw in the lot for him. Of course the cry of the southern will be answered and the call for Igbo presidency will partially be answered. According to Buhari, he now wants a president that will be widely accepted.
If he gives it Tinubu, Tinubu's enemies will join Atiku, if gives to Osibanjo , Tinubu will pull structure.


Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not go to SS or SE for consultation knows he is not widely acceptable, Osibanjo fighting against the armies of his Godfather and already used 8 years of VP might not pass as APC wi be risking the irks of Jagaban so Amaechi have a huge edge..




Overall, I think that Atiku has the greatest chance of been Nigerian president, thanks to the foolishness of the South.

Despite the money WIke has been sharing in the north since 5 years ago, even donating for burnt down market in Sokoto, the north remained Northerners

Next target is Tinubu's money, they pump you to keep spending, turning up in droves for you and cheering you but within their mind, you're gone. Even your greatest allies can stab him when the time comes...


Everyone knows that if APC wants Tinubu, all these drama playing out in the party would not be necessary, he has paid his dues for the party but they know that once the south is divided , it's a great thing for the north..


Pa Adeboyor spoke the truth during the last outing of the 4 joint socio cultural groups , the north keep pushing many of the southerners to run knowing their greediness and selfishness but will in the end ally with their own.

If Atiku is the only northerner in that ballot , be rest assured that North whether APC, NNPP and PDP will vote him.

Isn't it bizzare that supporters of APC/PDP have become unappointed political advisors to NNPP.
According to them, Kwankwanso should run for the presidency as that is his party. For starters, NNPP started way before Kwankwanso. The National movement (TNM) founder decided to pitch with NNPP after several pled to PDP to reach an agreement.

Yes , Kwankwanso wants to be President but he knew quite well there is a slim chance as many factors are against him. He was aggreived by PDP who took the regional structure from him and refused to even engage him. Fortunately, the new merger with NNPP paid in Kano.. But Kano is just a single state out of 36 states.

For NNPP (NEW NIGERIA PEOPLE'S PARTY) to live to its name, It must find a great coalition from the south. PETER OBI is the only available Key to that destiny. Kwankwanso knows this so does NNPP.

Why then is PDP/APC concerned? It's simply cause after the so called shamble of their primaries, NNPP will become a very powerful party with great army of defections from both sides.

So their supporters should be out to disrupt whatever relationship that is developing between Kwankwanso and OBI.

If Atiku wins PDP and Lawan wins APC , is it not strategic for NNPP to position Peter Obi while Kwankwanso takes VP?

If Tinubu wins APC and Wike wins PDP , will common sense not prevail with NNPP taking Kwankwanso as the lead while OBi as VP?

What happens in NNPP will depend on the primary of APC/PDP and that's why their supporters haven't slept seeing Peter Obi and Kwankwanso...

With a strong Northern support, Peter Obi's presidential bid is dead on arrival as well since he stands for something different.

His mantra and record of clean politics is something NNPP desperately need in order to convince the Nation that this is not same propaganda of then APC.


NNPP has nothing to lose presenting OBI as the flag bearer and Kwankwanso as VP, it's a gamble they can't afford to not take... This is the golden opportunity NNPP need to penetrate the south.


Peter Obi is a movement in the south while Kwankwanso is a movement in the north, the two combination will give other parties a run for their money..

TINUBU - This is my life ambition, am running to ask rock , I don't know where others are running to.

OSIBANJO - Am running to continue the good works of Buhari.

AMAECHI - I want to be President because Buhari trusts me.

ATIKU - The unity of Nigeria depends on me, am a unifier.

WIKE- Nigeria needs a mad man, am the mad man so go out there and only vote Wike. Meanwhile, if Atiku wants a challenge, I can compete with him.

PETER OBI- Am not desperate to be President, am just desperate to change Nigerian's formula from consumption to production.

The story going around that the north doesn't want an Igbo man is a giant lie, some northerners doesn't want Peter Obi, so also some northerners doesn't want Tinubu, Amaechi , Wike or Osibanjo.Some northerners doesn't even want a northerner.


It's all calculative effort to discourage Obi, Igbos are not playing the tribal card as they haven't stand for Umahi or Rochas or other Igbo aspirants, they simply want Obi as a Nigerian president who will prove that Igbos have something to offer to the leadership of this nation..

Every reasonable Nigerian must stand for this man, it's for our good and that of our children.

He actually caught haters by suprise, probably because of the pitiful state of nation..Whether you like him or not , he has the magic wand, as the Americans say -He's the real deal...


Nigerians should for once do the right thing and save this nation, when I see young men on this forum pushing support for men who has nothing to offer to this nation, I shudder..


What serious country consider people like Tinubu, Wike, Rochas, Yaya Bello, Atiku and so on as presidents


It's time for men like Peter Obi to rise, he will motivate other men of good substance to come forward and dispose all these shady characters who dominates our political space, whose sole interest is money and power..

I don't think it's right to make same mistake twice, Buhari dodged debates and his handlers hid the fact that he has absolutely nothing to offer to Nigerians, the result is quite glaring as a huge nation with great potential is on its path to been declared a failed state.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu already have started showing signs of following same pathway with no TV appearance. Am wondering, will he dodge the debate just like Buhari did??


What is wrong in highlighting your detailed plans and defending them against other contestants...

Political debates are very important for any true democracy and am surprised it's still not yet constitutional....

Imagine if the whole aspirants can stand before IMF, World bank, UN and International community and gets voted same way Okonjo Iweala was elected.
If background and sound tested achievement are to be factored, Peter Obi remains the best to lead this nation out of the darkness that is before her.

You see, the world at large is going into recession meaning that even China will not have enough to loan to Nigeria, this means that the evil you see in Buhari days will surely be multiplied if Nigeria make the wrong choice.

Don't get me wrong Men like Osibanjo has what it takes but he is an accomplise to the failure of Mohammed Buhari and has not proven himself anywhere as a great adminstrator, secondly Nigeria needs a president that understands economics and not a theorist but local market, micro and macro manager with vision for growth.

Both Osibanjo and Peter Obi are similar is simplicity, humility, focus, academically sound but Peter Obi have showed his mark in Anambra state during his tenure and understands both macro and micro level of international and local economies.

I hated the trader money and 5000 alert policy devised by Osibanjo, I think it was lame and stupid as it created avenue for looters..

So 4 kinds of Nigerians that doesn't want Peter Obi close to that seat are (Both in PDP and APC)

1. Of course, ethnic bigots and tribal warlords who dine and wine with Igbophobia, to them it's better to die than Igbo man becoming the president of Nigeria.
In fact it's better for Nigeria to burn to pieces or for them to remain poor if it's only an Igbo man that will save them.

2. Looters - I have to be honest with you, this one is not Buhari will fight corruption. This man will even cause confusion in PDP, infact they shouldn't even bother to put him since they've been hungry for the last near 8 years, Peter Obi is very very Stingy to a fault, don't think it's in the interest of any looter to support him.

3. Men of arrogancy- there is a difference between looting and keeping quiet and looting and making noise in the name of showcasing wealth. Well, Obi doesn't believe Nigeria is a rich Country therefore No need extravagant lifestyle and this is based on his faith. Noisy looters will not want such man as he has sacks of sand for their garri.

4. Religious zealots - This ones needs serious help, these set believe in their Allah and Gods, an extension of Buhari to maybe Tinuby means their Allah is so mighty and powerful or God of the General overseer is the greatest.
Not quite sure what religion Obi practice but sure these set sees presidency as trophies from the gods yet their God doesn't see the calamity of a nation we have either have their God turn Nigeria to Singapore or at least Malaysia.

All ye anti Obi ,check yourselves on these four measures..

Ideas they say rule the world and if the so called copied democracy from America will be efficient in Nigeria then those Ideas should be heard through a healthy political debate.

In the right order and without bias, present these aspirants according to how they will perform including the best ideas for moving this nation forward..

Start from the best to the last...
