Its funny cos I used to diss the bb too until I realised that nokia was not what I needed. For crying out loud, I download more than 5gig in a month! That alone is enough to ditch any nokia phone!

@ccollins, you don't need to configure it on your phone.once your phone is wifi_enabled, all you gotta do is search for the network with your phone and browse. But it only works within the school.

That is soooo true! When the whole thing started, we thought it was going to be a joke, but now I can browse with my wifi-enabled phone and lappy in the comfort of my room, free of charge! . Just hope they don't increase the the school fees next year for this sole reason, but by then I'll be long gone!

In less than two months I'll be writing my final exams in university. My greatest challenge now is knowing that I have to write ICAN to back up my degree in Accountancy, and that'll have to be achieved during NYSC. After that I intend working in PriceWaterHouse   . Or a reputable auditing firm before I eventually branch out to my firm. Now that's a dream! Just hope it all works out and God help me!

Yea, something smells fishy cos I don't know why the four guys found it better to report now. Then again, I don't know why a whole bishop of a church will send pics of him in tight clothing to some teenagers.

One of the young men who has accused an American pastor in Georgia of sexual coercion told Atlanta television station WAGA that he wanted to send a message to Bishop Eddie Long: “You are not a man. You are a monster.”

“I cannot get the sound of his voice out of my head, I cannot forget the smell of his cologne and I cannot forget the way that he made me cry many nights when I drove in his cars on the way home,” Jamal Parris, 23, told a WAGA reporter who traveled to Colorado to interview him.

Parris, a former church employee and personal assistant to Long filed one of four lawsuits last week accusing the Baptist televangelist of coercing young male church members into having sex with him.

Long’s spokesman, Art Franklin, has said that the pastor “categorically and adamantly denies” the allegations, adding that they were “a case of retaliation and a shakedown for money by men with some serious credibility issues.” Long’s Attorney Craig Gillen said Wednesday that Long’s accusers and their lawyers were unfairly trying the pastor in the media. “The appropriate place to try lawsuits is in the courtroom,” Gillen said. “There are rules on how civil litigation is to take place and how counsel should conduct themselves, we intend to follow those rules.”

Speaking from the pulpit of his New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Sunday, Long said he would fight the allegations, but did not address specific accusations. “I am not the man that has been portrayed on television,” he told his congregation.

But Parris told WAGA that his suffering was real, and he had a message for Long. “That man cannot look me in the eye and tell me we did not live this pain. While you can sit in front of the church and tell them that you categorically deny it, you can’t say that to our face,” he said. “And you know this. You are not a man. You are a monster.



I think I like the idea. We already have frats like that running in my school, that's UNN. Its called Alpha, although they don't do any meaningful social stuff that others can see. its more like an enclosed family thing. Its for the rich guys in school but definitely not limited to the intelligent ones. More should definitely be done to make such frats socially beneficial.

@mjay, are u serious about d dstv with E72? Cos i own an E72 too and i'll like to know if its compatible with dstv. As for d comparism with BB, d only thing i dont like about my E72 is dat d music is not loud at all using loudspeakers and dat alone makes me want to sell d phone,plus bb screen is wider and again, ppl keep askin me if its a china phone! pls let us not associate his eviction with politics or tribalism. the fact is that if this was political or tribal in the first instance, wale wouldn't have been in the ultimate search let alone be the camp leader. this is a show, therefore the suspense must go on! that's what its all about. everything that goes on in the camp should not be predicted by the viewers. this is what makes us glued to the screen, expect the unexpected!. its not like koko mansion where everything that goes on there is as dry as a log of wood! this is the main show. kudos to wale sha, if u ask me, i think the other contestants are happy he's gone.
