PoliticsRe: In Your Own Views, What Actually Is Nigeria's Problem? by Zico0(m): 10:05am On Dec 17, 2012
Nigeria's problem is me,you, our leaders and our Mindset.
Mindset: a literate mind cant harbor such such barbaric sin as most Nigerians. Around 250 B.C, out of ignorance the Romans destroyed the Carthaginans and the massive civilisation they were able to achieve, as revenge. The only way the uneducated know to seek redress is by violence and destruction. Whether we like it or not, and yet in this computer age, we have Barbarians among us of dark, primitive mindset as bad as to indulge in any hideous crime, they dont care.

Our leaders:they bask in our ignorance. Besides, Gej is as ignorant as majority Nigerians. He dosent have the interlectual capacity to manage this country, big cluelessness i say. I know, in time a wiser generation will come with literacy. Then, everybodi eyes go dey shine like torch, the govt will be very careful in making any decisions, like it is america. Then, when they cant brainwash anybody into picking up arms for them because even alaye sef go know as e dey go. Then, there will be corruption but only the smart will rob, like it it is in america.
PoliticsRe: In Your Own Views, What Actually Is Nigeria's Problem? by Zico0(m): 7:53pm On Dec 16, 2012
I believe Nigeria's problems will be half solved if the literacy rate can be increased to a formidable 99% just as we have in China and other western countries.
yes, our major problem is illiteracy ,ignorance. The ordinary man on the road has no clue of statehood, democracy, rights and the constitution, the agreements upon which this federation was formed. No idea of politics and the system of government we operate, the activities involved; how people get to political positions like legislative or judicial positions, even the closest of them all, being a local govt chairman. Thank God getting in the executive position is done in the open, the poor man can see that they vote in the presidents atleast, until the votes are taken backstage. The fact that all decisions subject to their interests as a people. They dont know that the government is just an employee of the state oblige to administer the country in the interest of the people. So they dust their shoulders and take everything as it is. They dont know how to seek redress. Basically, they dont know how things work in education;national income, the central bank and its huge responsibilities on their money, budgets, public finance, economics and so on. Few eggheaded men they call themselves nationalist went and fought and brought us independence. Thats like given a teenage boy billions without adult supervision, besides are'nt they gone now. I dont like to say getting independence the time we did is part of our problem. The nationalists passed and left us in the hands of abacha, ibb and the likes who didnt slack to expliot us. No wonder they say ignorance is expensive, abi what does obj know.

PoliticsRe: African viewpoint: 'Thank goodness for colonialism' by Zico0(m): 11:38am On Nov 27, 2012
I believe we are not developed enough for our time. A baby, perhaps begins to crawl first until he can stand. He then begins to walk supported by walls until he can hold his footing. Now he'll walk although stagger and fall so many times. However, how would a baby, born today and becomes and adult tommorow fare? He'll become 'agbaya' and thats what Nigeria is. The national IQ is too small to handle this civilisation. We didnt work for it. We have'nt learnt our sciences well and i mean from the basics: our kids use apple and parents fly in private jets, who cares. Imagine when you wake up in the future; the world is done already, discoveries, sciences, arts all done. You become carried away by the civilisation and luxuries that you'r too lazy to bother to think about developments. How do i blame we youths. You teach me theories about science when Ipads, jets cars and whatnots are being made , my mind won't be there mostdef. We are stuck, lost and confuse. Thats who colonization made us...lol

tunapawizzy: PLS WHEN U SUCCESSFULLY STOP ....LET ME KNOW THE WAY OUT OF THIS
imagine yourself washing yur buttock anytime yu bite yur fingers. And then imagine, very probable, the times yu quickly rush out and dnt wash yur hands with soap. I no dey chop eba with hand. Im serious, its really bad 'hygien'. Imagine yu rushed out of the toilet that day and ofcuz its not evrynite we wash hand thoroughly B4 we wack eba mo we nor lie. See how much dirt yu hv ingested. Now calc if you do dat evryday. Evrytime i eat with my hand i feel sick and im not a dirty person. Please stop it

Tutor: whys yur room smelling
My sister: cos my brother bedwet, he bedwets everyday. I was soooo emb. I couldnt enter my room that day till she left. I did bedwet the day b4, i jus didnt sun the bed cos i didnt want my mom to find out.
